Excellent local cuisine, high quality cured meats and parmesan, large and very pleasant room. Efficient and kind staff ready for informative dialogue.

Everything was amazing. Seriously. Got into town and thought “lemme eat this hotel food and go to bed the I’ll go get a real Parma meal tomorrow.” Well, this was amazing and wonderful all around. Stay at this hotel and eat their food. Can’t wait for tomorrow now!

Il Ristorante Al Parmigiano si trova all'interno del Novotel, ma la cucina fortunatamente non è da hotel. Ottime materie prime, cucinate molto bene. È un ristorante moderno di classe. Personale molto cordiale.

Ottimo menù degustazione con rapporto qualità prezzo egregio . Materie prime eccellenti che si percepiscono già dalla degustazione di salumi e parmigiano. I due primi perfetti : personalmente ho preferito gli anolini in brodo ai tortelli . Punta alla parmigiana ben fatta e la sbrisolona era la migliore mai assaggiata . Buoni i vini in accompagnamento. Personale cortese , sorridente , efficiente, e mai invadente . Davvero bravi !
