In my opinion a little old-fashioned but without a doubt 250 years of history, tradition and handed down recipes to be rewarded. Textbook “D’Amare” risotto, welcome cocktail with prawns and caviar in a mouth-watering hot potato bath. Sturgeon overcooked but well enhanced. Ice cream with a "shameless" cascade of hot chocolate for a grand finale! Classic environment that needs restyling and clear direction, including crockery; I loved the cologne stand in the bathroom, chic! The fast service was much appreciated even if at times obsolete. Nice to see that there are so many young people who occupy the majority of the tables in the room

I'm reporting exactly the same review as years ago. Only difference; now the consecutive years of Michelin star are 38 (I think). There's little to say. This restaurant has been a point of reference for traditional haute cuisine from northern Italy for decades. Raw materials of absolute quality and refinement. Attentive and impeccable service. Complete wine list. Warm, comfortable environment and prices which, for what it offers, are exceptional. It is no coincidence that it has held the Michelin star for 30 consecutive years.
