We went there for dinner just before Christmas. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The dishes were very good: they weren't overly elaborate in terms of product pairings, but they were executed beautifully.

A wonderful restaurant serving classic Italian cuisine with local and modern touches, well-executed and beautifully presented. The wine list is top-notch, and the service is attentive and friendly. Gino Gavazzi and his staff know how to welcome guests with grace and elegance, and the recent interior renovation has made the place even more pleasant and beautiful.

I've been going to Gambero since I was a child, it's hard to find a restaurant like it... super accurate and super attentive service. Dishes that in my opinion have never changed in terms of goodness and taste in 20 years. I grew up with their asparagus risotto! Truly incredible, every dish releases a taste in the mouth that is very difficult to imitate! The service leaves you speechless with how professional they are and how attentive they are to your every move without being seen or invading your path, whether it's lunch or dinner. What can I say, I know, it's home game, but this is an experience to try over and over again!!!

We spent some wonderful hours in an elegant and refined restaurant, yet at the same time, you could feel the warmth of the family and the passion of those who work in the dining room and kitchen. We ate divinely, with carefully prepared, refined dishes and the freshest ingredients. We were welcomed and pampered by professionals with impeccable service who took care of every little detail. We were invited by a friend who raved about this restaurant, and after our divine meal, I completely agree. The place is very elegant and well-decorated. Even the table linens and china are very fine and tastefully paired with the various dishes. The appearance is also impressive. And as for the dishes, I can't help but compliment the chef on the blend of flavors that were never cloying. No ingredient overpowered the others; everything was expertly balanced to create a unique harmony of flavors. The wines were also excellent. The staff who served us were always present but discreet and not intrusive. What more can I say? If there were an option to give one more star, I would... 5 stars, completely deserved. You can tell when work is done with love, and there is plenty of that here. I will remember this dinner and will definitely return.

Gambero Calvisano is always a guarantee. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, the service friendly and professional without ever being intrusive. The veal terrine entrée and glass of wine are a great start. Personally, I recommend the Coppa Martini as an appetizer, while for those who don't eat fish, there's the truly delicious culaccia. Among the first courses, my favorite is the Risotto D'Amare, a dish that never disappoints, but the asparagus risotto is also highly recommended. The pork belly is also excellent as a second course. The portions are generous, and finishing with a small pastry and coffee is always a pleasure. If you have room, dessert is also worth trying! A restaurant where you eat well, always feel at home, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.
