An elegant restaurant with refined dishes. Hospitality and attention to detail. With the tasting menu you take a leap in taste, but it's the risotto that won me over. I think it's one of the best I've ever eaten, if not the best.

After multiple visits to starred and non-starred restaurants, I can say that Al Gambero is one of my favourites. Excellent cuisine and generous portions, everything delicious! Very knowledgeable and professional dining room staff, special praise goes to the owner of the restaurant, a true gentleman. Perfect.

Ristorante noto e stranoto sulle guide nazionali. Posso solo che fare un lungo elenco di cose positive Servizio preciso puntuale garbato e non invadente Cibo ottimamente preparto di qualità elevata. Prezzo adeguato al tutto. A volte questo tipo di locali hanno quel qualcosa da troppo che stroppia. Qui no, anche l'eleganza è in ottimo equilibrio

frequentiamo da decenni questa realtà gastronomica lombarda che meritatamente si è fregiata (forse tardivamente) la stella Michelin. E qui il dilemma. L'ultima puntata ha visto servire uno splendido piatto di testina come sempre divina ma inspiegabilmente servita con la retina elastica utilizzata in fase di preparazione per permettere la non dispersione delle parti. Una grave svista che risulta paragonabile ad un forte goleador che sbaglia la rete ad un metro dalla stessa. Può capitare ma non deve capitare. Attenzione che la stella comporta oneri che vanno mantenuti
