It's a must, every time I go back I find confirmations that leave me amazed. A business dinner with the same menu for all guests of the highest quality, punctual, kind and attentive service... no extra demands.

In my opinion a little old-fashioned but without a doubt 250 years of history, tradition and handed down recipes to be rewarded. Textbook “D’Amare” risotto, welcome cocktail with prawns and caviar in a mouth-watering hot potato bath. Sturgeon overcooked but well enhanced. Ice cream with a "shameless" cascade of hot chocolate for a grand finale! Classic environment that needs restyling and clear direction, including crockery; I loved the cologne stand in the bathroom, chic! The fast service was much appreciated even if at times obsolete. Nice to see that there are so many young people who occupy the majority of the tables in the room

Che dire quando il cibo è ottimo, i sapori sublimi, il servizio impeccabile, l' atmosfera rilassante, il titolare molto cortese, elegante e premuroso ? Del resto l' esperienza di anni e anni sempre ai massimi livelli rappresenta una garanzia.

buona qualita' dei prodotti qualche piatto troppo internazionale mancante di cuore e tradizione buon servizio il titolare dovrebbe cambiare la giacchetta un po sgualcita e troppo stretta
