Simo and I went to eat at this delightful little restaurant this evening. Everything was truly excellent, from the food to the wine. We were welcomed by Antonia, the owner, a wonderful person... Welcoming, cheerful, and full of valuable advice, not only on things to do in the area, but also on life. We shared profound but always positive and pleasant conversations. Highly recommended! Al Donzellino is a real discovery: simple, authentic, and entirely homemade cuisine, just like it used to be. Antonia is a wonderful person—positive, welcoming, and always attentive.
The meat literally melts in your mouth, and the side dishes are delicious. Even my husband ate the mushrooms, even though he usually doesn't like them!
We can't wait to return because it was truly a pleasant surprise. Excellent quality and excellent value. An absolutely worthwhile stop.

Our experience was truly memorable, and I must admit it was one of the best experiences I've had with Northern Italian cuisine.
We ordered the pappardelle with ragù and the duck tortellini: both excellent. We continued with amazing main courses: the roast beef, tender and flavorful, and the cheeks were equally impeccable. Also noteworthy is the homemade polenta, a rarity that makes all the difference.
Antonia, thank you for your hospitality. Quality like this should be the standard in all authentic Italian restaurants. I wish you only growth and prosperity.

We returned to this traditional restaurant after a while and were delighted by the delightful, homey yet elegant atmosphere. The local food is truly top-notch! The pasta dishes, in particular, are amazing! The service, both from the owner and her staff, was extremely kind, helpful, and fast. What more could I say?!

The owner, Antonia, welcomed us with rare warmth and friendliness: she makes you feel right at home.
We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared, tasty dishes prepared with quality ingredients.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine dinner, well-served, and in a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
