I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I feel like doing it because it deserves it. I have come to this restaurant several times in the past and have always had a good time. I became vegan almost a year ago and I returned to Al Confin last week accompanying my mother and brother who love fish. Understanding that vegan cuisine is not on their menu, I would have been satisfied with plain pasta, but the owner (at least I assume he is the owner), went out of his way to make me cook an asparagus sauce that wasn't on the menu. I really appreciated the spontaneous gesture of courtesy. Recommended restaurant, both for the quality of the food and the courtesy of all the staff.

Located along a side street, it doesn't make much of an impression from the outside. Internally the spaces are large between the tables and on them. A well decorated wall at the back adds a nice overall touch. I would say the service is perfect. The classic fish menu with adequate portions. A good wine cellar. The dishes are well cooked and the fish is fresh. The value for money is good and better than many other similar places. I recommend sipping the excellent sgroppino. To be recommended.

Locale accogliente, personale gentile, ampia scelta di pesce e qualcosa di carne. Buona scelta di vini. Abbiamo mangiato delle seppie in umido speciali e baccalà in umido buono, anche se leggermente stopposo. Antipasto con ottima frittura e molluschi saporiti. Prezzo adeguato. Consigliato!

Purtroppo non posso dare un giudizio migliore: la qualità del cibo non ci ha soddisfatti. Nell’antipasto caldo e freddo le seppie erano tenere, ma completamente insapore, sembravano “dilavate”. I canestrelli erano saporiti, ma si sentiva un po’ di sabbia, la capasanta bocciata, (chiaramente decongelata, staccata dalla conchiglia), buona la porzione di frittura e l’insalata di polpo e patate, discreto il baccalà mantecato. Non memorabile neppure il primo di pasta alla pescatora (cozze molto piccole e alcune vuote, scampo no comment). Non ci torneremo.
