In giro per le langhe con amici ci siamo fermati al ristorante Biancospino.Ambiente pulito elegante abbiamo preso 4 menù degustazioni. Che buoni gli antipasti tipici piemontesi..anche i plin e i tagliolini ai funghi ottimi...Siamo stati molto bene.Ci hanno coccolati ma non sono stati invadenti È stato un piacere

The room, nice, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort, also has some features that make it our favourite. For me with some mobility difficulties, it is located on the ground floor, but the difference in height allows us to be at the same time on the second floor in the rear view, with a fantastic view of an area, the Alte Langhe, which are a gift from God placed in the laborious hands of the deserving man. A dream, at any time of the day. Not to forget the owner's culinary wonders, to delight the eyes and, above all, the palate!! Not to mention the wines, recommended by the young but knowledgeable owner. I'll stop, but I might get to tomorrow... I think it's clear: I recommend a stop here. With all my heart!

Bellissima esperienza al biancospino! Abbiamo scelto tutti i menù degustazione, ed erano due quello della tradizione e della rosa a base di pesce. Abbiamo aggiunto dei secondi perché non erano compresi nel menù e anche la selezione di formaggi e il fritto misto di pesce erano eccellenti. Per finire il dolce la torta preparata da loro per il mio compleanno alla nocciola tipo mousse e poi le frittelle di mele accompagnate dal gelato alla rosa. Una carta dei vini molto importante non tantissime etichette ma scelte con molta cura. Personale molto gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti, siccome abbiamo mangiato nel dehor del ristorante i piatti sono stati serviti nelle cloche. Questa si chiama attenzione verso il cliente, cosa mai vista fare in altri posti! Vorrei aggiungere anche un pensiero sul paese delle rose un piccolo gioiello molto curato e pulito sul tetto delle langhe. Esperienza culinaria eccellente accompagnata da una passeggiata rilassante dopo pranzo.
