Nice atmosphere, typical of the area. We ordered an appetizer (fava bean puree, parmigiana, capocollo). It was perfectly cooked, with excellent ingredients. We ordered meat. Everything was cooked according to local tradition and very good. The price was reasonable. The house wine was also good. Recommended for those who want to eat traditional food.

A beautiful restaurant in Martina Franca's main square. You can dine al fresco under the piazza's porticoes (reservations recommended), or inside, in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent cuisine and competitive prices.

Had the most excellent simple meal of marinara pizza and grilled vegetables on spotted plates.

We stumbled upon this place while exploring the historic center. We were immediately and kindly greeted and shown to our table in a cozy basement. We ordered pizzas and side dishes, and finally a lovely dessert. Everything was truly delicious: the pizza dough is light, the toppings are delicious, and the pizzas were cooked to perfection. The staff was truly friendly, prompt, and quick with their service. It was a lovely discovery, and we'll definitely return when we're in the area. Highly recommended.

Pizzeria Trattoria, a restaurant on a very nice square in Martina Franca. Friendly staff, one of whom even spoke Dutch. It was nice. Extensive menu. With, among other things, truly delicious pizzas. It's been a long time since I've had such delicious pizzas. From a wood-fired pizza oven. And inexpensive with fresh ingredients. Especially the red sauce on the pizza was really delicious. In short, top-notch.
