Summer dinner under the vine pergola, with a cool breeze from the hill above. The atmosphere is refined, pleasant, and quiet—finally, a place without background music! The menu is varied and interesting, featuring fish and meat dishes with fairly elaborate recipes, but also simple dishes and grilled dishes. Fresh mushrooms aren't on the menu; we ordered the porcini mushrooms appetizer. Everything was good; my only criticism was the fried mushrooms, which I thought were too rich and heavy, covering up the flavor of the food (brains and chicken). The portions were quite small. Overall, the food quality was excellent, even the desserts. Extensive wine list. Efficient and professional service. Prices were high, with a cover charge of €4. A truly lovely restaurant in Montegrotto! We went with two girls, ages 7 and 4, and the service was very friendly and helpful. The menu has a wide selection, and all the dishes are delicious. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with tables well-spaced. The wine list offers a good selection. Recommended!

A truly successful evening choosing this restaurant, which we hadn't seen before. The historic and delightful setting, with meticulous attention to detail, both in the dining room and under the beautiful outdoor pergola, was truly breathtaking. The friendly and attentive staff ensured impeccable service (though perhaps a little slow for us, coming from a big city). The food was excellent, from appetizers to desserts. Zucchini flowers (we expected a little better), eggplant and cheese puff pastry; Crispy lasagne with chanterelles and Taleggio cream, bigoli with rabbit ragù and peppers; Fried chicken with tartar sauce, frittata with bitter herbs and Asiago cheese; Grand Marnier parfait, and warm chocolate cake with berries. Excellent ingredients and meticulously presented. We'll be back!

Ristorante Cencio is a quiet spot nestled in the hills, offering both indoor and outdoor seating on the terrace. A wide selection of gluten-free dishes: spaghetti, risotto, and tagliatelle. They also bring a small tray with gluten-free bread, crackers, and taralli. Appetizers, main courses, and desserts are also available, all gluten-free. The staff is friendly and very attentive to intolerances. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for those with celiac disease or intolerances.

Un pranzo in famiglia davvero piacevole! La location è splendida, con un ambiente curato e moderno che crea un’atmosfera accogliente. Il personale si distingue per gentilezza, attenzione ed educazione, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più gradevole. Il menu è vario e ben strutturato, con i piatti fuori menù dettagliatamente illustrati dal cameriere, inclusi i relativi prezzi. Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente equilibrato. Assolutamente consigliato!

Innanzitutto un plauso all’educazione del personale nell’accoglienza ed a quello di passaggio per il saluto ed il sorriso. Ambiente curato, ottima scelta di piatti dal menù e pure la proposta fuori menù descritta minuziosamente dall’addetto di sala(indicando anche il prezzo) ed interessante carta dei vini. Piacevole presentazione delle portate, corrette nelle quantità e di elevata qualità. Complimenti…alla prossima🥂
