Excellent dinner, super service, very good dishes, perhaps I would have liked the appetizers to be a little more generous. Overall, a great place. We had a very good house red wine, Merlot, which is excellent in the area. Highly recommended.

Excellent cuisine, fast, professional, and attentive service. The waiters are very kind and pay close attention to the customer's needs. There were four of us, and we all ordered a starter, main course, dessert, and coffee. The price was fair for the quality.

My wife and I went to this excellent restaurant... and after the first night, we had seconds the next night. You walk in, you feel welcomed, and you start with the hand-written menu... a great omen!! The first night we had fish, cod Vicenza-style... special!! Why did we return? For the truffle menu, excellent tagliolini and even better truffle steak... they slice the truffles tableside and in abundance! Congratulations again... highly recommended!!

Sunday lunch at this restaurant offering gluten-free options. The restaurant is bright and well-decorated, with young, friendly staff. The appetizer of eggplant tagliatelle with shrimp and confit cherry tomatoes was a great start, a beautifully presented and tasty dish. Next up was buffalo ricotta ravioli with a delicate and very pleasant flavor. The meal concluded with a crème brûlée with fresh berries, a truly exceptional preparation. Prices are moderately high, but it's worth it. Recommended.

At Cencio, the cuisine plays with contrasts and surprising details. I started with spaghetti with amberjack served on a pepper cream and lemon crumble: I was apprehensive about the lemon-pepper combination, but the dish won me over. The freshness of the lemon and the aroma of the amberjack reached the nose together, while the pepper remained more muted, perhaps attenuated by the tomato, but the whole was harmonious and very pleasant. For my second course, I chose fried chicken: at first glance, it may seem like a simple dish, but here it becomes a small test of style. Boneless thigh, small bones left as a charming decoration, tender meat, without a trace of dryness, with a light and fragrant frying. My only complaint was the accompanying tartar sauce: it was too bland, lacking the typical acidity of gherkins and spring onions that would have truly livened up the dish. The sautéed vegetables on the side were perfect. To round out the dinner, a warm chocolate cake with ice cream and bourbon sauce. Delicious, truly well-made! Fair prices and meticulously prepared cuisine, with dishes that surprise with their technique and presentation. A place worth a visit in Montegrotto Terme, especially for those seeking original dishes prepared with a sure hand.

I have to say it was a truly wonderful experience... I had booked elsewhere, but then, without thinking, I ended up here. And I have to say, the cuisine was spectacular, modern, and carefully prepared, rich in flavor. Even the wine by the glass was excellent. Excellent service from the lady who welcomed us, and the gentleman at the end of the evening was also kind. My compliments.

The cuisine is refined, creative, and seasonal, with great respect for the local area: excellent dishes ranging from meat (the beef tartare, freshly prepared at the table by the owner's charming wife, is highly recommended), fish, first courses (the risottos are wonderful!), and desserts. Wine enthusiasts will find an exceptional wine list, featuring an extensive selection of excellent wines. The owners are friendly, always available, and delightful; the service is prompt and attentive. The view of the hills offers breathtaking views, the interior is welcoming and well-maintained, and in summer, guests can dine in the beautiful garden beneath the vineyards, located at the back of the restaurant. Highly recommended!
