Ristorante ai 2 Laghi In Messina

I went to lunch with some friends. I must say that we were all satisfied with the excellent first courses, especially the beautiful, rich and substantial seafood risotto, but also the second courses. Generous and tasty portions, excellent service. We will gladly return.

Excellent starter from the galley, the first course also very good. The only flaw is that the mussels are a little too small. Excellent environment, very nice and quiet place to spend a pleasant evening. Overall a good experience, I will return.

First time at this place. Characteristic of the area with a view of Lake Ganzirri. Informal place with, in my opinion, everything in place. We started with white mussel pepper, good, and continued with an excellent fried prawns, calamari and franceschini, certainly 5 stars. We proceeded with the first ones. Risotto alla pescatora with mussels, clams and prawns, and homemade risotto with aubergines and fish and linguine with seafood. It's a shame that the cooking of the casarecce had gone quite far over time. A lightness that penalized the final score. In a place like this it is not acceptable for a first course to be served with "very" cooked pasta. And to conclude an excellent sorbet. Let's hope they're more careful next time in the kitchen. And, let's be clear, we will see each other again and I will obviously change the review for the better. Until next time.

The restaurant is located near Lake Ganzirri (ME). Last night we had dinner in this restaurant without having booked but despite everything they seated us without problems. The staff was attentive, quick and professional, the food was of good quality. We were satisfied. Excellent value for money. Advised

Siamo stati ieri sera in questo locale storico di Messina fronte lago Ganzirri, tutto ristrutturato con gusto accogliente e con vista eccezionale, abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno due coppie e tre bimbi con menù alla carta. Abbiamo preso due antipasti del cambusiere (classici del locale) una pepata bianca due primi (eoliana) e due grigliate di pesce e vino della casa. Più un piatto di pasta al pomodoro diviso in due per i bimbi. Tutto eccellente e di ottima qualità , eccezionale la pepata di cozze (della zona) , servizio puntuale educato e gentile , rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto , abbiamo pagato 145€ , unico difetto aver pagato la pasta al pomodoro per i bimbi 14€ ( una porzione divisa in due) In definitiva locale consigliato. Direi una eccellenza.

Great food, really friendly staff

Very recommended place, we ate really well, all the dishes are recommended, the menu is very rigorous in terms of dishes, short and simple, as is right, the decor is very nice, the fish is fresh and the service is very friendly and fast and the We won't talk about the prices, only €95 for 4 people, ordering 2 starters and 4 first courses (all inclusive of drinks), a well-deserved 5 stars!!!

I go there every summer for the swordfish rolls. This time, however, I was very disappointed, I invite the chef to review the filling of the rolls and also the calamari. The dough is soft and sweet, could bread loaf have been used?!? Truly a shame. Delicious spaghetti with clams, cooked al dente and seasoned correctly. Too bad about the mussels, the recipe was excellent but 2/3 were empty!
