Magnificent place, welcoming rooms with everything you need... there is no air conditioning but with the breeze there you don't feel the need even on the hottest days. The restaurant is truly worth stopping by to enjoy delicious food, The panorama with splendid sunsets not to mention the welcome, they really make you feel at home HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Charming farm house exuding true Tuscan ambience close from Volterra, with stunning views from both the restaurant terrace and the entrance side. Spacious, cozy and comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. The pool is also wonderful, capacious and perfectly maintained.Luigi is an excellent host, polite and attentive! The restaurant offers typical Tuscan country cuisine, with a great selection of wines, courteous and nice staff, and the restaurant itself meets all expectations. I"ll be back!

I am from Volterra and therefore I have not put the review on the apartments that I have not visited, but I can assure you that the place is magnificent, spectacular, with a 360 degree view of a landscape that widens your breath and immerses you in a state of well-being from the first moment you reach the terrace used as a restaurant. The environment is very well kept, the kindness and attention of the staff make the excellent, expert cuisine even more pleasant, which fully respects the cultural tradition of our areas but also with innovations I would say by refined gourmets. Very good value for money. Definitely worth trying and once you've tried it, coming back

My husband and I ate at this lovely farmhouse with a breathtaking view. The dishes are exceptional and the staff is super friendly. Definitely recommended to savor old flavors, like my grandmother cooked when I was a child.

Family-run farmhouse and the impression is precisely that of feeling at home! The owners' welcome is warm, the love they put into their work and towards the customer shines through! Lunch at the superlative restaurant, quality ingredients and care in the preparation of the dishes, the location immersed in the Tuscan hills is also wonderful and the pool area, an oasis of peace, is very well looked after. Absolutely recommended, we will be back🥰

A very typical Tuscan meal, game, simmered meats, good wines and gourmet desserts. The view of the countryside does the rest. A little expensive but you get what you pay for.

Enchanting location, breathtaking view, fantastic cuisine. Mouth-watering pappardelle with wild boar, rabbit with delicious fried artichokes. Precise and very kind and familiar service. Highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful and evocative places in the Volterra countryside... wonderful swimming pool and panorama, from which you can see breathtaking sunsets. The hosts Luigi and Katiuscia are wonderful, they always cook with Katiuscia and Francesco and the ever-present Maria are a combination of experience and love in what they cook (always at the top). The dining room staff, together with Luigi, were very knowledgeable and friendly. The children Edoardo and Vittorio who are learning well from their parents... in short, one of those places you can't miss visiting
