We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant three times in a row during a stay in the Langhe... and each time was a different, surprising, and perfectly executed experience. Balcone sulle Langhe is a family-run restaurant, lovingly curated down to the smallest detail: the atmosphere is intimate, welcoming, and authentic, with a discreet elegance that immediately puts you at ease. The cuisine is refined, attentive, and at times even creative, yet always deeply rooted in the local area. The passion and expertise of those working in the kitchen are clearly evident: every dish was tasty, engaging, and never predictable. I hadn't eaten so well in a long time. Sincere thanks to all the staff—always present, but never intrusive—and especially to Federico, whose kind and warm welcome, helpfulness, and friendliness immediately made the experience even more special. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation—try it and believe it.

After having dinner two nights in a row we can confirm our first impression: fabulous cuisine. My mother, my little Matilde and I fell in love with this beautiful place. The cuisine is delicious, refined, with attention to detail from taste to presentation. Thanks for the welcome, friendliness and kindness of the owner. I recommend it and we will definitely be back! Finished a 4 day hike in Piedmonte with this place. Fantastic staff, service, wine and food! Best dinner so far in Piedmonte, wine list had many local and good wines, and our waiter was very charming and professional!
