A location with meticulous attention to detail, featuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Dinner was a true experience: a journey of pure delights. Expertly guided by the wait staff, we enjoyed a memorable evening.
We started with a pigeon salad and a selection of cheeses; then two main courses: wild boar confit with fresh polenta and Vergne veal tenderloin. Everything was impeccable. The wine from a local winery was also excellent. To finish, a simply fantastic hazelnut gelato.
The owners' passion shines through, evident in every course. The value for money is decidedly high. We left happy.

Possibly one of the best meals I've had in Italy. Outstanding service, great wines, and a superb meal. Wonderful presentation, absolutely delicious food, deserving of a Michelin recommendation. Make a special trip to this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I lived in Germany for six years, and took a lot of trips to Italy while I was there. This is hands-down the best meal I have had in probably 80+ restaurant dinners or lunches. They were so incredibly hospitable and every dish made us roll our eyes in happiness. And the wine….bliss. This should be a Michelin bib gourmand. Come here for food and stay in the hotel. Great walking and wine tasting potential.

Enchanting place, welcoming rooms, rustic elegance that makes you feel at ease. Courteous, attentive, and capable service. Carefully crafted dishes, captivating flavors, excellent raw ingredients, pastas, meats, and vegetables are respected and enhanced. Varied wine list, with a good selection of producers. Menu sampled by two: vegetable tartlet/bagna cauda reduction, mushroom/licorice risotto, stew/Barolo reduction (melting), chestnut dessert/orange sauce, panettone/zabaglione (sumptuous). Tried several times, over several stays, I'll add the latest "menu discoveries": quail/porcini mushrooms, porcini mushroom/truffle tart, pumpkin/porcini risotto, gnocchi bleu/beetroot, fried porcini mushrooms, chickpea/vegetable soup, hot chocolate tart, chestnut cream...SUPER-LA-TI-VI.

The best risotto I've ever eaten. High-quality ingredients, excellent preparation, combined with extremely kind staff and a truly respectable location, it was a wonderful discovery.
