It's difficult to get to Barletta and choose where to have lunch, but on the advice of our cousin from Barletta and while exploring the old town, he takes us to an open door with a few steps up. We ring the bell and the door opens, welcoming us to the staff. There's a menu on the table, along with a wine list. Since we don't have enough time to choose, we ask for advice. A tasting menu of 8-10 courses and a choice of white or red wine. After a short wait, entertained by a bread platter and a delicious whole-grain focaccia, the hot and cold courses begin. Predominantly seafood, a meat course, and a vegetable flambé. Everything is freshly made and delicate. No dessert or coffee is included, but the wine is. A sparkling white.

The restaurant is located in the historic center of Barletta. We had a very good lunch; the food is high-quality and excellent value. The waitress is helpful and professional. The tiramisu and pasta with caciocavallo cheese and red tuna were excellent. Remarkable.

We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday.
This is our second time back and everything was impeccable to say the least!!!
The service was fantastic, accommodating every guest's needs, the appetizers were fantastic, not to mention the first courses were incredibly delicious... impossible to find a flaw; everything was delicious, not to mention impeccable.
The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to everything!!
We will definitely be back to savor all the special dishes the restaurant offers!! Simply fantastic!!

Yesterday we went to lunch at this characteristic restaurant located in the historic center of Barletta for the first time with friends, on their recommendation... I'd say we ate very well... lots of appetizers, each better than the last... an equally good first course... a second course of our choice... sorbet... dessert... coffee or liqueur... Since it was Sunday, the place was obviously full... the wait times were quite long and the menu was already set, but during the week you can choose from the paper menu. In the end, everything was to our liking... Thank you.

We went to Ristorante 95 on Sunday, recommended by some friends. The restaurant is very beautiful, located in the historic center of Barletta.
Appetizers: The menu, which includes everything from appetizers to coffee and liqueurs, lists the courses as individual, but in reality, many were served in small portions to be shared with other diners (e.g., two shrimp on a small plate). The "mixed seafood and meat" appetizer selection wasn't particularly convincing.
Dishes tasted:
Slow-cooked suckling pig: 6, but it tasted almost entirely fat.
Seafood parmigiana: not very convincing, I would have avoided it.
First course: good, although different from the one on the menu.
Raw seafood: excellent quality, but small portions (1 shrimp, 1 langoustine, 1 walnut, 2 hairy mussels, 1 oyster). Considering the price, one would expect something more.
Fried fish: disappointing, tasteless, small portions (4 rings and one scampi).
Service: interminable wait times. We sat down at 1:30 PM and left at 6:00 PM. One waitress justified herself by saying there were only two people in the kitchen for about 100 people. Understandable, but it would be better to reduce the number of seats if they can't handle them.
Conclusion: Nice place with potential, but portions are too small, wait times are excessive, and the food isn't always up to par.
