As soon as we arrived at the table, they brought us a focaccia that was out of this world. The appetizers are a blend of tradition and innovation that the chef made exceptional, especially the fried mussels with honey, which I personally adore! We asked the wait staff for their recommendations for the raw seafood. We couldn't have made a better choice; everything was truly delicious, especially the purple shrimp, which were like candy! Special mention goes to the drawn ravioli with basil and burrata, with shellfish and double-cooked octopus. A wide and excellent selection of wines. Recommended is an understatement. A must-try in the city!

You can immediately taste the exceptional quality of the ingredients: incredibly fresh fish, expertly cooked with a perfect balance of flavors thanks to Chefs Adriano and Ivan Pesce. The red shrimp tartare is truly exceptional—everything is perfectly balanced and delicate—and the troccolo with catch-of-the-day ragù is a spectacular first course, creamy and rich in flavor. Impeccable service, elegant and quiet venue, and the HIGHEST QUALITY seafood (I recommend the complete antipasto and the ravioli). Passing through Taranto for work, I was recommended Ristò Fratelli Pesce. The place is very cute and the staff are friendly. The food is good. I discovered they also dry-age fish there. I really enjoyed the dry-aged sea bass and the tube of Taranto mussels, a Slow Food Presidium.

Excellent restaurant. Excellent service. Sublime dinner. The people of Catania are wonderful.

What can I say... The quality of the food is truly excellent... The service is quite slow... only one person serving... The prices are quite high for the small quantity of food... Would NOT return.
