The melted Norcia caciotta was a true delicacy. Everything else was also very good. The service was quick, courteous, and attentive. After each course, they asked if we liked it or if it was cooked just right.

Good food, very small portions. The waiter was a bit rude, stressed out by all the people there.
Truly an excellent restaurant in Bevagna, Umbrian but not only because the chef is Sicilian and makes delicious cannoli.

We had a wonderful time. We started with the very special Angus carpaccio with buffalo mozzarella. We continued with a second course and then the cannoli to finish, a delight. All highly recommended.

A good restaurant with a small menu of regional dishes. Nice seating outside on the piazza with a view of one of the city gates.
We had a vegetarian pasta with truffles and a pasta al ragù con cinghiale. We finished with some white wine and a dolce with coffee!

I'm sorry I can't join the chorus of positive reviews, but we didn't like this restaurant. First of all, we dined under the kitchen exhaust pipe, which overwhelmed us with heat and smells (which, to me, were nauseating). Secondly, the food was tasteless, my steak tasted literally nothing, as did the pasta. We only enjoyed the platter, which featured excellent cheeses accompanied by a delicious fig jam. However, there was only capocollo, whereas we would have appreciated more variety in the cured meats. Finally, the waitress perhaps gets a bit inappropriately familiar with the customers. Based on my experience, I'd give it two stars; I'm giving it three only out of respect for the staff.
