Friendly welcome, very good service, great food… except for unnecessary additions, for example the ‘powder’ surrounding the pasta. It’s not bad, but definitely doesn’t add to the dish. Your food is fantastic, have faith in it, no need for ‘ornaments’.

Gruppo di 56 persone in visita a Bevagna è stato accolto con cordialità e professionalità. Primi piatti di tortelloni ripieni di carne di chianina fatti in casa strepitosi. Il secondo ci ha deliziato con un filetto di maiale con mirtilli e granella di nocciole accompagnato da uno sformatino di patate gustosissimo. Per non parlare dei vini: bianco e rosso di ottima beva!!! Hanno completato il pranzo le frittelle di carnevale con zabaione (che non sembravano fritte). Un dolcissimo grazie ad Irma ed al competente staff!!!

We came here by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Authentic dishes and friendly service. We had the gnocchi with Sagrantino and the wild boar: everything was truly delicious! Advised.

03/04/2025: Restaurant of high gastronomic level, with few dishes on the menu, signifying care in the choice to be offered to the customer, which is certainly reliable. Tagliatelle rolled out on a rolling pin with game ragout, lamb stew with truffles and sautéed vegetables were the dishes chosen and appreciated. The Montefalco red wine in the glass helped the assimilation of what was brought to the table, with generous portions To finish, coffee and accompanying sweets. Polite and efficient service, bill compatible with the courses chosen. Well done, we'll be back.
29/03/2025: I ate very well! Fried artichoke appetizer, cod and also lamb stew. All very good! The service is also very welcoming. Thank you. I'll be back

19/04/2025: Restaurant located in the heart of Perugia, inside a room probably obtained from an old cellar with beautiful arched vaults. In addition to the excellent quality of the food, the care in the preparation of the dishes is evident. Welcoming but informal environment that makes you feel immediately at ease. Friendly and helpful waiting staff. Very good quality/price ratio.
