For those looking for a place that is different from the ordinary, I recommend stopping by Giovanni's Bistrot. A place of sincere conviviality with excellent local cured meats and cheeses. The craft beer is good but I also recommend the Gin del Gargano. Must try!

Une planche pour deux, charcuterie et fromages près de la cheminée allumée. Un très bon vin rouge des Pouilles, une charcuterie variée d'excellente qualité, plusieurs fromages de maturité différentes, avec un peu de très bon miel pour accompagner. Et une ambiance agréable due à la présence d'habitués. Un bon moment !

25/05/2025: A truly must book for hikers who are also enjoying great food (una cucina innovante e da qualità !!!). In the heart of the stunning wood "La Foresta Umbra" (as part of the Parco Nazionale del Gargano). Short, long, easy, challenging, ...: all trails are available for hiking. The hotel is not for a luxury journey, but is is absolutely correct & very clean. We enjoyed the exchanges on life, Italia & food with Zlata, Libero, Cosimo, Luca, Marco and all the other staff members!!! #EldaHotel #IdentitaGolose #Gambero_Rosso

28/06/2025: Well-kept place, not sophisticated but extremely pleasant, beautiful internal room and also the summer not dispersive and well organized. Very helpful and polite staff, good company but never intrusive. Excellent food! Typical traditional products prepared with care. Fresh and seasonal raw materials. We had dinner for two (my partner is vegetarian, I eat practically everything and a lot 😂) with an appetizer consisting of a wide range of mini portions, which made the abundant dish bite after bite, all accompanied by water, wine, coffee and for dessert a spectacular limo cream! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended place! It was a great experience
