Fantastic experience, very good, high-quality food, very friendly service and attention to detail. I highly recommend it!!! Their cavolo nero gnocchi are a must-have!!! 🥰

We've had lunch several times in the sunny outdoor area, enjoying magnificent pullet pork or chicken sandwiches, or the excellent veggie sandwich with pumpkin. But yesterday, we treated ourselves to lunch inside. The menu is wonderful, with interesting, original, and succulent dishes, a blend of tradition, local produce, and creativity. We ate the whipped butter with sweet and sour leeks and wild blueberries, which warmed our hearts in the cold! Warm pumpkin and radicchio salad with mountain spread was delicious. Black cabbage gnocchi were creamy and incredibly satisfying! Onion soup was timeless. Pumpkin cjarsons were fragrant. And the pork tenderloin with apples looked delicious, given how quickly my daughter devoured it!!! To finish, the hazelnut and chocolate cake was beautifully balanced. Oh, and the grappas were also unusual (try the sea fennel one!!!). The food was excellent and the price was fair, but the real nourishment was the passion and spontaneity with which everything was handled! Thanks to Fortuna and the entire team!!!

A special thanks to the ladies who run the Rifugio for the kindness and professionalism that distinguish their daily commitment: offering customers excellent value and a smile even during peak service times (meeting the multiple requests of each table) is not something everyone can do. It's always a pleasure to be their guests. Thank you, and... see you tomorrow!!!

This is the only place to eat in Zoncolan. We have a 4-year-old, and they even brought children's cutlery and coloring sheets while we waited—in my opinion, one of the best services we've received in the last year. The food is delicious and local; I highly recommend the skier's plate. :) Thanks again for the wonderful lunch!

I arrived on foot this evening after closing time, and they gave me a wonderful welcome and even offered me a ride on a snowmobile!!! (Which I declined to walk under the beautiful moonlight). Wonderful, I'd say. Best wishes, well done guys, from Renato, the hairdresser in Gaiarine. ❤️

We had lunch at Timau during Christmas week. They served excellent sandwiches outside, traditional first courses inside, and their beers were excellent.

I had lunch at the Rifugio with my family during the Christmas holidays: despite the packed house, the staff welcomed us with smiles and kindness. Finally, it wasn't the usual menu (frico, sausage, or goulash are available). A real treat.

A wonderful discovery! All the people who work there are extremely kind, and the food, beer, and wine are excellent! It's easy to get there on foot, even in the snow!
