We stayed overnight and loved the atmosphere and the location. An amazing place to ski to and have a meal as well. Can’t wait to go back next winter.

In an oasis at the end of a beautiful path of just over 7 km on the snow. Excellent lunch and desserts that I highly recommend.

We decided to reach the refuge with a nice walk in January 2025 immersed in a snowy landscape! The refuge is really beautiful, clean, tidy and welcoming like the staff. I recommend it without reservation! You can find the video of the excursion that will take you to the refuge on my YT channel called "qrp e sentieri" in the hiking section.. you will love discovering it! Refuge reachable after a walk of approximately 1.5 hours (or with cross-country skis), located in the snow. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, menu choice not very extensive (practically polenta), but still of quality. The polenta concia was excellent and plentiful, ideal for warming up while in the snow

02/07/2025: Very characteristic place with all wooden furniture. Fast and attentive service. Excellent hamburgers served with French fries and good and plentiful salads. Good value for money. Important: you can't book so plan to arrive perhaps in advance of your dinner time.
28/06/2025: Excellent and pleasant beer house with a wide selection of products in a pleasant environment with a cool outdoor veranda. Service not very fast but polite... above all I had the impression that "they didn't let it go to their heads" at a time when Champoluc is becoming more and more snobbish... and more and more, perhaps too, expensive!

20/06/2025: This is our second time here. The pizzas are excellent and the staff is fantastic. A real treat, thank you so much. I highly recommend it!
30/04/2025: Really excellent pizza, light and well-cooked dough, quality ingredients and well-balanced flavours. Even if the service is a little slow at times and you need to have a little patience, it is definitely worth it. Recommended for those looking for a really tasty pizza in Aosta!
