Excellent refuge: spotlessly clean, generous dinner, and excellent breakfast at very reasonable prices. The staff is truly friendly, the best we've encountered in the entire Gran Paradiso area. An excellent starting point for excursions in the national park.

We were two people for dinner. The service was very welcoming, they gave us great recommendations on dishes and quantities, and offered us a polenta to share. The traditional food was excellent, and the location was beautiful. I don't understand the bad reviews I've read. We will definitely return. Thank you very much!

Just returned from a trek with a large group... Tastefully renovated refuge, comfortable rooms, and a bathroom with hot water! Friendly and helpful staff, very attentive to guests' needs.

12/11/2025: A simply unforgettable dinner at the Vecchio Ristoro Restaurant in Aosta. We chose the five-course menu with amuse bouche, pre-dessert, and wine pairing, and each dish was a small work of art: a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and the highlighting of Aosta Valley's finest ingredients. The service was impeccable—attentive but never intrusive—and the atmosphere in the old 17th-century mill made the experience even more special.

12/10/2025: Excellent food. Prices seem a bit high at first glance, even for Champoluc, but considering the portions and quality, they're absolutely justified. The wine list is extensive. Congratulations!
06/10/2025: As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a kind and friendly welcome. Excellent dishes, freshly prepared. The place is welcoming and spotlessly clean. The prices are fair. I will definitely be back.
