Excellent refuge, beautiful location, for those who love nature and walking, welcoming environment, you eat very well, typical and simple dishes, excellent cold cuts and cheeses, first and second courses and desserts, very good prices, I will return, compliments to the excellent staff.

Remarkable position, beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We recommend arriving by car to the small car park (near “casa Plotta”) and then on foot. Nice walk to do. At times the road is quite steep (slowly, it's done) and in winter it is often icy (remember your crampons!). It's a shame about the "remains" around the shelter of the old facility (chair lift) which has been abandoned for decades, it's not really a nice sight, it's not exactly "industrial archaeology". The wooden sculptures scattered all around are original. Courteous and pleasant staff. You eat well, their goulash with polenta is really good, not least the dumplings or strudel... with pears and you pay a fair price. Certainly worth returning, perhaps for dinner, then sleeping in one of the rooms (each with private bathroom)…
