An elegant and understated traditional restaurant, with dishes that showcase excellent ingredients, but the cacio&ova balls deserve special mention: exceptional. The tagliatelle didn't seem handmade to me and were a bit of a disappointment. The service was professional and attentive. The Cerasuolo wine offered was decent. Cons: inconvenient parking and restrooms with outside access. In short: a refined atmosphere, authentic cuisine, and an overall satisfying and coherent experience; recommended.

Fresh ingredients and friendly service from attentive staff are the order of the day. Parking is a bit inconvenient, and it can get crowded at times (especially on weekends), so it's best to book in advance. Overall, excellent value and a pleasant atmosphere.

Nicole and her father are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to make you feel pampered from the first to the last minute. Their cuisine is traditional, authentic, and predominantly meat-based, with a truly extensive menu that is meticulously prepared. Among their signature dishes, which I find very special, is the first course: the mezze maniche fantasia—a dish of indescribable deliciousness, creamy, balanced, and rich in flavor, a true explosion of taste that captivates from the first bite 🤩 The last time I tried pizz e foje, a typical Abruzzo dish, I can say with absolute certainty that in 29 years of life I've never eaten anything so good! A place that always manages to surprise you, with authentic dishes and genuine people. Ribot is a guarantee of quality, tradition, and human warmth. Highly recommended for those who love to eat well and feel at home! ❤️🍷
