The food is exceptional, the meat is incredibly tender and delicious, and the first courses are simply superb. The service was also exceptional; the speed, kindness, and helpfulness of the waiters and the owner are beyond question. The atmosphere, from the outside, seems like a run-of-the-mill restaurant, but as soon as you enter, your eyes light up! The counter on the left, the beautiful lighting, the perfectly arranged tables, truly a DREAM place. EXCEPTIONAL WITH A CAPITAL E, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ottimo ristorante a circa 1 km dal centro di Lanciano, posto tranquillo dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Molto buoni anche i prezzi.

I have eaten at Ribot dozens of times for business lunches. Elegant but light and informal atmosphere. Very welcoming and knowledgeable owner. Menu with always very fresh ingredients given the always high presence of customers. Fixed stop in Lanciano

Di passaggio verso il Sud abbiamo avuto la fortuna di fermarci in questo locale dalla eccellente cucina. Menù ricco e variegato. Abbiamo gustato per la prima volta il rintrocilo con una salsa di carciofi e le raffiche al ragù. FA VO LO SI! Titolare e personale gentilissimi e cordiali. Tappa obbligata ogniqualvolta passeremo da queste parti.

17/08/2025: We had a wonderful meal, the best platter of my life! Restaurant with terrace seating, excellent quality food with simple cuisine, homemade ingredients, and generous portions. Very friendly service (we were served by a young woman, Maria, who was super good). I recommend making a reservation and arriving a little early to find parking, as it's a bit difficult to find downtown. If you're passing through Vasto, this is a must-see! 5 stars because it's the best you can get.
