Basic rooms but nice balcony with lake view and very very clean

We had a great stay at this establishment, I recommend it. Rooms with air conditioning and a view of the lake, what more could you ask for?

We had a wonderful vacation in Cisano. The hotel was beautifully located. The rooms were always a good size, and the view from the shared terrace was simply amazing. Breakfast was plentiful, and the selection was varied. There were things available every day, and then there were things that weren't always available. We really enjoyed it. Parking was a bit difficult on the first day, but everything was resolved, and after that, there was always a spot in the parking lot in front of the door. In the evening, you could eat in the hotel restaurant, which we highly recommend. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was so delicious that we ate there several times. We highly recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

Perfect location on the beautiful harbor of Cisano. We had a lovely triple room with a balcony and a lake view. The room had everything we needed: a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a decent closet, a desk, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was new. Breakfast was very good, and it was always quickly refilled. The park with the pool was simply amazing, located in front of the lake; simply a dream. The town of Cisano is a pleasant place with a bit of activity, but not as crowded as Bardolino or Lazise. Both towns are a 20-minute walk along the lake promenade. The hotel's restaurant, with external management, is highly recommended. The food was amazing. We had a lovely, relaxing few days in Cisano. We would gladly return.

We stayed here for a week shortly after Pentecost. First, the service. Everyone we spoke with helped us or at least tried to fulfill our wishes with the best of intentions. The service is therefore 100% perfect. The location. Depending on which direction your room faces, you have a truly stunning view. We were on the side facing Lazise. If you leaned out of the window, you also had a great view of the lake. The location is also fantastic. Right on the promenade and all the restaurants. It's a 3-minute walk from the room to the boat, and the bus stops are also right in front of the hotel. The room. The room was beautiful and authentic in an old Italian style. Everything was clean and inviting, in keeping with the 3-star rating. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and was also nice. We had only a few complaints: - The silicone on the window in the bathroom was slightly damaged, which allowed ants to get into the room (it was fixed by a maintenance crew the next day). - Two electrical outlets were loose and could be pulled out from the wall. - A small pillow was a bit dirty (but it had been washed several times, according to the hotel). The parking lot is directly in front of the hotel and secured with a fence and camera. Breakfast was good by Italian standards, with some room for improvement. But it was perfectly adequate. Otherwise, a great stay. Good value for money. We would come again.

Very good location with super friendly staff and a beautiful swimming pool with a park. However, perhaps they should check who else comes to swim there besides hotel guests.

Strategic hotel for its location with excellent value for money!!!

A beautiful, very clean hotel with a prime location directly on Lake Garda. The service and dinner (half board) were very good. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but it was absolutely sufficient. I felt very comfortable in my single room. The friendliness of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is particularly noteworthy.
