The evening was an absolute culinary highlight. I chose the grilled beef fillet, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, juicy and perfectly complemented by fresh vegetables and delicate truffles - a combination that made every bite a delight. My wife chose the veal fillet, which was also excellent: buttery tender, aromatic and accompanied by crisp, fresh vegetables that highlighted the quality and care of the cuisine. We also chose a **Cà dei Frati**, which went perfectly with the dishes and rounded off the overall picture with its fresh, fruity notes. The wine not only harmonized perfectly with the food, but also underlined the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the evening. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und wurden wie alte Freunde empfangen! Ausnahmslos alle waren ausgesprochen nett! Das Essen ist so gut, dass man gar nicht aufhören möchte zu essen! Unglaublich lecker! Exceptionally good food, with reasonably sized portions. However, it is also quite expensive. What I didn't like was the fact that we were told most of the menu verbally and everyone (there were four of us) had forgotten half of it after 10 dishes at the latest. I would have liked to choose in peace. But all in all a very nice experience.
