A real culinary experience! A taste explosion but also a visual one because, yes, the chef was able to create an atmosphere around the volcano. A nice surprise in any case, I recommend.

Chef Paolo Gramaglia, his wife Laila with Alessio, represent the Guarantee, more than the "Red" who awarded them the star way back in 2015. I won't tell you about them, that will be your discovery to experience in a personal way, but I invite you to get to know them. One evening at the end of September we booked by chance, and since then we have returned several times, especially for special occasions, in which the chef, assisted by his staff, created an "ad personam" menu for us.....THANK YOU so much exist!!! Pompeii is worth the trip, the President too!

Il personale è accogliente e lo chef merita anche una seconda stella. L’entusiasmo che ha nel cucinare si avverte nei piatti che sono pieni di emozioni dall’aperitivo al dolce. È venuto al tavolo e quando ha saputo che non mangiavo i peperoni ha cambiato un piatto della degustazione per me e non so come ha scelto la cosa che più amo! Tutto speciale ma il maialino ed il carciofo meritano un dieci e lode. Mi hanno fatto spegnere la candelina sul dolce e mi hanno omaggiato con una rosa. Spero che non smetta mai di cucinare perché regala alle persone emozioni uniche.

Great food served with good twists. Affordable wine menu with mostly local wines. We were the only ones there for lunch so we had very attentive service.

We decided to celebrate our fourth year of marriage here, what can I say, we were really happy with the choice we made. Intimate, well-kept and comfortable place, with a welcome from the beautiful and friendly lady Laila, super helpful and knowledgeable staff in the dining room. The menu is a fantastic journey by chef Paolo, a mix of local and oriental flavors that leaves you amazed and enthusiastic with every course. Congratulations indeed to the President

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I spent the summer in Italy and had the pleasure of dining at six different Michelin starred restaurants. Ristorante President was an unexpected delight and was by far my favorite. We were the only couple in the restaurant the night we went, which was a pleasure for us, but a complete travesty. They deserve to be fully booked out. The food was delicious; I cannot describe how good it was. Words do not exist. Every course was wonderful and beautifully plated. The interactive elements of breaking bread the traditional ancient Pompeian way was so fun. The service was top notch. The wine pairing was generous and unique. I do not eat raw seafood or meat, and they customized the menu for me in a way that worked beautifully with my partner’s. The dessert was beautiful and while the texture was a bit one-note, the flavors were lovely. Our next trip to Pompeii will absolutely include this restaurant again.
