Restaurant Pizzeria Hellweger's In Merano

We had two dinners at this restaurant in the center near the church; the welcome was warm and the service excellent. We ordered seconds because we were so satisfied. Recommended.

The pizza and spaghetti were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and perfectly prepared. 🍕🍝 The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was great, cozy and enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

We waited, as we were informed at the entrance, about 15 minutes before being seated. Good service, good pizza, and even the sliced ​​steak wasn't bad. My dogs were fine (I wonder why I always appreciate places where dogs are welcome 😊). Prices were a little higher than average, but we already knew that. The only thing I didn't like was the cost of two bottles of water (not even the ones with the cap, but the ones you can refill) at 10 euros. Why? What do they drink in Merate or Trento in general? Gasoline? Which would be even cheaper, absurdly. A basic necessity can't cost that much. That said, we were seated next to the pizza oven. I can't imagine what happened to my jacket. The review is still positive, though, because we ate well. Next time I'm back in the area, I'll try another restaurant for comparison. A word of advice: be a little more accommodating to those with food intolerances, allergies, and celiac disease.

The pumpkin soup is excellent. Hellweger's pizza and pasta are delicious. The ambiance is stylish and modern. The service is attentive and very friendly.

Six days in Merano, and twice at Hellweger's! Why? Because it was simply delicious!👌🏼 The food is fantastic, the service excellent, the ambiance and quiet, chilled background music – what more could you want for a perfect evening? When we're back in Merano, we'll be happy to come back! There are so many more dishes we'd like to try!

Not so cheap - unfortunately also the drinks.....ambience very nice, attentive staff, but unfortunately very cramped and loud in terms of noise level
