Restaurant Pernhof In Termeno sulla strada del vino

Good location near the town center. Nice garden where you can also have breakfast. The service from the breakfast ladies is exemplary. However, the reception team is not very accommodating and comes across as rather arrogant. Information about hikes and bike tours was poor. Statement from the hotel: “Guests are more likely to come to swim”. We had a completely different experience on our 5 week trip (Brixen, Stresa and Arco). Requests were carried out, but one sometimes had the feeling that they were doing it reluctantly. The guest is annoying. The bike cellar is a bit too small and some guests don't look after each other's belongings. TG parking spaces are not available for all guests and cannot be reserved. Payment with AMEX is also not possible.

The hotel has a great location in the center of Tramin and has a beautiful garden with a great view. A garage is available for parking for some guests, but not for all. Unfortunately, the bicycle cellar is far too small for the number of guests. As a result, some of our belongings were damaged. The rooms are large, there could be more space for storage in the bathroom and there are also no hooks for the bath towels. Unfortunately, we didn't get enough fresh towels on several occasions and the empties that were next to the full trash can were not disposed of. In addition, the house is very noisy, real curtains to darken it would be great, you are awake at sunrise in the morning. The breakfast is plentiful with a large selection, the ladies there are very nice and accommodating. We asked about bike and hiking tours with small children, but unfortunately we received hardly any recommendations or no clear answers to our questions.

Staying at the Pernhof Residence made my first stay in South Tyrol a dream. Extraordinary service, wonderful ambience, rooms furnished with a lot of style and love, cleanliness on top, courteous and lovely staff, and the hosts always with an open ear and helpful in every situation. Plus excellent food in the in-house restaurant. And breakfast for gods. Thank you. I'm already looking forward to the next trip here! 🙏

Very nice, family-run hotel - great breakfast

As always, everything was perfect! Rooms very clean. Food very good. Service first class. Location, very central. Always happy!!

We stayed overnight at the Pernhof on the way back. Rooms very large and clean. Price was completely ok. Staff very friendly.

We were there for dinner today, a wonderful view of the beautiful Tramin. The food was very tasty and the service was all very friendly. Gladly again. Thank you very much for a lovely evening.

Neuer Versuch. Wir waren wieder dort. Dieses Mal wieder wie gewohnt. Alles top!! Service, Essen. Ganz Klasse. Kompliment. Wir kommen wieder. Meine letzte Bewertung war nicht so positiv. Aber wenn sich etwas -wie jetzt- dann sollte die positive Veränderung auch dargestellt werden.

Super Essen in angenehmer Atmosphäre, mit sehr freundlichen Bedienungen und zu fairen Preisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🤩

We stayed at the “Ansitz am Eck” for 2 weeks. We love this building it is simply enchanting. It has a really great atmosphere. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom is a wonderful size. Everything you need is there. The balcony offers a fantastic view. The Maffei family is a wonderful host family. There is a warm atmosphere in all areas of the entire hotel. You just feel welcome. - Wonderful. !! We always book with half board and enjoy the great service from all the staff every day. The dishes are varied and leave nothing to be desired. The best thing of all is to have dinner in the garden and enjoy the great view. A glass of wine from the local wineries and everything is perfect!! We are absolute South Tyrol fans and look forward to many more wonderful visits. We can fully recommend the Pernhof.
