Everything is great about this restaurant that we visited several times, but always when visiting Trieste. If I had a dinner somewhere else, I would go for second dinner in Mascalzone. I remember Rocco, the owner, who looks like Mancini, and the staff that was always on top level. Nice, warm atmosphere and above all very tasty, simple food, prices normal. Recommendation.

02/12/2023: Esther's new management is wonderful and it only takes her a few moments to recommend the wine you wanted. The atmosphere is just right, the cicchetti are super good and the porchetta is on another level.
