Went for dinner. Prompt, friendly service. Drinks were very good. We had several different Spritz drinks. The food was also very good. Everything was beautifully presented. Everything arrived at the same time. Perfect. We'll be back. Must try the beef fillet.

The food was excellent – ​​we had spaghetti quadrato and pacchero alla norma, which were fantastic! The taste was truly top-notch. The service was friendly and attentive, but could have been a bit faster in places – hence 4 out of 5 points. The great location is particularly noteworthy: The restaurant is right on the lake, creating a beautiful atmosphere – perfect for a relaxing evening. Overall, a clear recommendation – we'd love to come back!

I first came here two years ago and had to return when I was back at Lake Maggiore. What can I say? It's still the best pasta I've ever eaten in my life. Everyone should try the basil pesto with the "Spaghetti Quadrato." And the pasta alla Norma is incredibly delicious. We'll definitely be back! 😌 P.S.: The complimentary bread with olive oil at the beginning is also impressive.

We visited the Lo Scalo restaurant (Cannobio) for dinner. The food was good, the service very friendly, and the ambiance (on the promenade) was wonderful. We enjoyed the evening and highly recommend a visit.

Il Covo Dei Pirati

10/07/2025: There are many restaurants on Pescatori Island, but we chose well. The homemade food was simple but very good. The portions were small, but the prices were good. The service was fast and the waitresses were very friendly.
02/07/2025: The little restaurant, run by young and dynamic staff, excellent food, fresh pasta, lake fish cooked very well and I didn't find even a thorn, homemade desserts, I think we will definitely be back.
