We had a wonderful evening in the Kuppelrain and were pampered very attentively. The menu sequence was flexibly adapted to our preferences and all courses (7 + 3) exceeded expectations. The recommended local wines were delicious and played harmoniously with the flavors of the valley ingredients. A big thank you to the whole Trafoier family, especially to the kitchen, who prepared everything so perfectly.

The service is first class: The staff is attentive, friendly and extremely competent, making you feel like you are in good hands right from the start. The ambience of the restaurant is elegant and cozy at the same time, with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape that makes dining an even more special experience. The only small drawback is that the prices are in the upper segment, but this is absolutely justified given the quality and the overall experience. Overall, Restaurant Kuppelrain is an excellent choice for gourmets and lovers of fine dining.

Always charming to come here to this beautiful hotel that is run with a lot of love. The family is always very warm, the rooms are very clean and lovingly decorated (with fresh flowers and fruit). The food extremely creative and fantastic. And the wine selection is a poem. Thank you to the family for their warmth

Incuriosito dalle positive recensioni ho prenotato un tavolo per una cena di lavoro. Il locale è molto bello, semplice, elegante, essenziale. Il servizio è ottimo, gestione familiare molto equilibrata e efficiente. Ho apprezzato molto i calici di vino serviti da bottiglie magnum che restano appoggiate per un po' sul tavolo e permettono all'ospite di conoscere meglio le caratteristiche del prodotto. Il cibo è una poesia, dagli antipasti ai dolci passando per carne e pesce le sorprese si susseguono senza mai deludere. Il conto è onesto, trovo corretta la cifra pagata per una serata davvero particolare. Complimenti!
