Bar and restaurant in Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli Piceno. Good service, decent food. Excellent Ascoli olives. Prices are a bit steep, but this is a unique location.

Very beautiful square where this establishment is located.
Quite tasty food, arosticini were overcooked. Pasta was delicious. We had a very terrible waiter who brought two dishes at the end of the dinner (splat and hot appetizer), which no one wanted to eat. I think the service needs to be worked on

We happened upon it by chance during a concert in Piazza del Popolo.
Luckily, they found us a table. The service was friendly and fast.
The fried food was very good, dry and crispy. The price was €12 with table service. It was busy until the concert was over.

On a pleasure trip with my wife I stopped to taste the famous Ascoli olives (tasty, fragrant and light) and a pizza (with a soft base and a crust) at the Lorenz Cafè, which overlooks the amazing and famous Piazza del Popolo, in Ascoli Piceno. We were welcomed and served by the delightful Erika, a friendly and bubbly waitress who, with uncommon sympathy, was able to accompany us on an unforgettable journey of taste. We will definitely return to this place.

The stalls are well organised, with comfortable chairs and tables: the tables are spaced far enough apart. Good quality of the sweets offered with the coffee. Correct price for table service in one of the most beautiful squares in Italy. Really prepared, very kind and smiling staff.

We stopped here for lunch today and had a delicious set of pastas. And now we are here to enjoy Aperitivo. Look at this spread. Service is wonderful and the food and drinks are delicious.

Very very cute
We had an aperitif (they accompanied it with a saucer that we brushed before the photos) and added a cutting board and olives... how could you not taste it! Everything was excellent, kind and quick.
The interior is set up for the restaurant and promises well for future stops!
