This time I tried the seafood scialatielli, excellent! The pasta, homemade by the cook, is fresh and the sauce rich and tasty. Then I tasted the tagliatelle with parmesan and rocket, tender and tasty. In the past, I also tried their pizza, cooked in a wood oven and, although I'm not a fan of Neapolitan pizza, I liked it, the dough is light and the ingredients fresh. I also tasted the schnitzel, crispy and well fried. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the atmosphere is familiar, this contributes to the success of the place. If you are in Salsomaggiore Terme and want to enjoy a good fish dish or a proper pizza, I recommend you stop here.
