What struck me most was the service and especially the restaurant's atmosphere, which was calm yet steeped in history! The servers were incredibly kind, taking the time to explain everything in great detail, as if they were telling us a story, from the beginning to the end of the meal.
The dishes were captivating, with a finesse and mastery far exceeding my expectations. It's a restaurant where you experience an explosion of flavors rather than simply a matter of quantity. As I left, my palate felt as if it were still tingling, imbued with all the aromas I had discovered. There was perfect harmony in every dish.
I was also told that this cuisine was linked to the chef's origins, apparently from southern Italy, and this is clearly evident in the dishes. The linguine was perfect, as were the fish and the appetizers. Special mention goes to the bread, offered in several varieties and accompanied by different butters, including an absolutely exquisite lemon butter.
Each dish was remarkably well-prepared. I'll definitely be back 😉.
