I had wonderful memories of Cuba and unfortunately in recent visits they have been disregarded. Hurried staff, lack of menu at the table which is denied even upon request. We order hot drinks and are brought a "downgrade" when we had requested something else. Excellent quality, but always very high prices for a service that has unfortunately expired over time, it is no longer the pampering we were used to. Very frenetic and rushed atmosphere, everyone seems eager to see whoever is sitting out come out. Super positive note for the lady at the chocolate shop counter, it feels like entering a completely different shop, very well looked after and with attention to the customer. I would add, in response to the owner's response, that at the time of our visit there were 2 other tables with 2 and 3 people and 4-5 people at the counter. It wasn't a very crowded moment in which I would have understood the rush to free the table or the more hasty service.
