Crazy! We were amazed at how good the meat was. The cooking was less than perfect. When you get a big piece of meat you expect to have to chew it but instead it melts in your mouth with incredible flavours. Both the lamb and the fillet. Truly a unique experience. The chef is a magician.

Sublime experience, at the foot of the beautiful Basilica of San Francesco in Assisi illuminated in the evening.
The location and the attentive and friendly service are impressive.
We divinely ate quality products at zero km, with extreme care even in the combination of ingredients.
Excellent quality/price ratio.
We will return for sure.

The restaurant is somewhat hidden, tucked in between two other buildings, it's small but inviting.
Service is very attentive and timely. You are greeted with house breads and amazing olive oil (that they pour in very little drip, it's an expensive one so that is why).I had the beef tartar with Foie Gras for starter, and then an amazing tagliatelle with Truffles. Now if you are in Umbria, you must eat truffles and if you are in Montefalco, you must eat at Re Tartu and drink the local wines such as at least the Roso Montefalco.

First of all, a beautiful building well inserted in the medieval center of Montefalco.
High quality service with very friendly and trained staff.
The food was of the highest quality, I tasted the tartare with foie gras and truffle: excellent!
Just as excellent were the lamb chops, cooked impeccably. Important wine list and the suggestion given to me in choosing Sagrantino was absolutely spot on. Well done!

Gezellig restaurant in de winkelstraat met apart terras buiten en benden en bovenetage binnen. Heel veel wijnflesssen aan de wanden. Eten is heel goed, waaronder de aardappelpuree met eidooier, parmezaan en natuurlijk truffel. Eend en lam ook smakelijk. Het vanille-ijs met pistache crumble en truffel een heerlijk toetje. Aardige bediening.

Met vrienden gaan dineren in dit mooi etablissement. Top bediening door gedienstig en vriendelijk personeel.
Zeer lekkere keuken op gastronomisch niveau. Topwijnen. Wij hebben genoten van begin tot einde.
