Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario di matrimonio a Montefalco al ristorante Re Tartu'. Locale molto raffinato e accogliente il personale molto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene la materia prima ottima, vino sagrantino ottimo. Qualità prezzo molto buono, lo consigliamo vivamente.

Crazy! We were amazed at how good the meat was. The cooking was less than perfect. When you get a big piece of meat you expect to have to chew it but instead it melts in your mouth with incredible flavours. Both the lamb and the fillet. Truly a unique experience. The chef is a magician.

5 stars are not enough! restaurant of Michelin-starred elegance and refinement. Even if you don't eat truffles, you are still satisfied. Please don't change! I'll make the trip from Rome just to come to you!

Bellissima serata con degustazione tartufo bianco. Un percorso a 6 portate vario e molto interessante. Materia prima ottima come il filetto, le tagliatelle, i plin, lo scrigno di patate. Porzioni abbondanti, ben presentate e giuste. La selezione della carta dei vini ampissima. Il servizio discreto, professionale, famigliare. Hanno la formula perfetta. Perciò consigliatissimo. Prenotare perché non è facile trovar posto.

Sublime experience, at the foot of the beautiful Basilica of San Francesco in Assisi illuminated in the evening.
The location and the attentive and friendly service are impressive.
We divinely ate quality products at zero km, with extreme care even in the combination of ingredients.
Excellent quality/price ratio.
We will return for sure.

The restaurant is somewhat hidden, tucked in between two other buildings, it's small but inviting.
Service is very attentive and timely. You are greeted with house breads and amazing olive oil (that they pour in very little drip, it's an expensive one so that is why).I had the beef tartar with Foie Gras for starter, and then an amazing tagliatelle with Truffles. Now if you are in Umbria, you must eat truffles and if you are in Montefalco, you must eat at Re Tartu and drink the local wines such as at least the Roso Montefalco.
