Beautiful restaurant, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail! Super efficient, super organized staff, everything runs perfectly. Stop the negative comments, obviously everyone has bad nights 🤷🏻‍♂️ Excellent food, super satisfied with everything we tried, from appetizers to dessert!!! This is the perfect example of what a 360-degree restaurant should be!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A good pizzeria worth mentioning in the Chieti/Pescara area, offering a wide selection of pizzas, pasta dishes, and appetizers. The arrosticini are good. The interior is also in a good location. The owner is present, precise, and professional. Well done. I returned this evening and have to add a star, so 5 for the service from the fast and attentive staff. Recommended place: from grilled pizza to anything you want.

I went to Re Carlo in Cepagatti on the recommendation of friends, and the experience was overall very positive. The pizzas are truly exceptional: large, well-cooked, and made with top-quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. The service is impeccable—the staff is kind, attentive, and always smiling. The only small disappointment: the fried foods are a bit tasteless and not very salty, not up to par with the rest of the menu. The prices are also slightly higher than average, but the quality of the pizza largely justifies them. Overall, a place I would gladly return to for one of the best pizzas in the area! 🍕✨

I went to celebrate my 40th birthday, the food was excellent quality, the cake service needed updating, it was served as if it were a pizza, all in all we had a good time.

14/02/2026: I always go there because they make really good gelato. The cone is so good it tastes like a dessert. I recommend it to everyone. He asks me if the bibo' has changed? Of course the price, too bad because you can't afford a small gelato for €2.80. He keeps asking me what's changed since the last time. This time too, I have to say the price is €3.00 for a small cone. February 26
28/12/2025: Spectacular gluten-free bar, pastry shop, and ice cream shop. If you're near the stadium or the D'Annunzio pine forest, stopping by is a must. My sincere compliments for this choice to make everything gluten-free for everyone.

01/01/2026: A very positive experience! Even though we called at 1:45 PM, we still managed to have lunch. The welcoming and intimate atmosphere and the truly friendly and professional wait staff are a great asset. Appetizer: mixed cured meats and cheeses, and cheese and egg balls. Everything was truly delicious and made with quality ingredients. First courses: paccheri with pistachio pesto and tonnarelli cacio e pepe. These too were very flavorful and balanced. My only complaint about the cacio e pepe: perhaps the pasta was a little too salty, but that can happen. Dessert: tiramisu. Delicious and balanced, with a light amaretto flavor that adds an unexpected kick. Wine by the glass, water, coffee, and liqueurs. We spent €65 for two, and honestly, I thought it was very reasonable, given the quality of the ingredients and the service.
29/12/2025: I'd give the tonnarelli cacio e pepe a personal eight. Both the wait staff were very friendly, attentive, and quick. The information on what to see in Penne was helpful. I highly recommend Osteria del Leone.
