We tried the beef ravioli with soy sauce and they were a real surprise! 😍 Handmade with quality ingredients! The portion is generous and really filling, all at a fair price.

I ordered the classic pork and cabbage ravioli: you immediately sense that the meat is on a whole new level (thanks to the historic Sirtori butcher shop next door). The pasta has the perfect consistency, and the filling is succulent, not at all heavy, and masterfully balanced. It's amazing how such a simple dish can be so profound. An absolute must in Sarpi.

I ordered 3 packages of ravioli to take away.
1 beef
1 pork
1 shrimp
2 sauces for 0.25
Total 21
Then I looked at the prices and they didn't match what I ordered.
So he gave me the prices on the spot. 🤔

Excellent ravioli, Bao, all stuffed with excellent Italian meat, a point of reference for those who want to eat street food or takeaway in Paolo Sarpi

Right on the main street of Milan's Chinatown, you'll find this highly recommended spot where they make delicious tortellini by hand, using top-quality, locally sourced ingredients. They're actually dumplings, and you can watch the people working on the dough being made right there. The menu is short but effective. They offer tortellini/dumplings with beef, pork, or vegetable fillings. They also have delicious crepes with egg, vegetables, and meat, or a vegan specialty, which we didn't try. The crepes are quite filling and have a spectacular flavor. The tortellini are delicious, especially the beef ones. They only offer takeout, so you can eat on the street (or have them delivered to your apartment), and the prices are very reasonable! Even if you see a line, don't give up; it's very efficient. You place your order with the person on the left, and then they bring you your food as it comes out (they call you by the name you gave). A must-visit in Milan, especially if you're in that area.

A window overlooking the picturesque Via Paolo Sarpi, where you can order a limited selection of ravioli to go.
The quality of the food is exceptional, with exquisite dough and quality meat: the real "touch" comes from their soy sauce, which enhances the flavor of the dishes. A truly extraordinary mix for one of the best ravioli shops we've ever tasted.
The only downside is the location: it's a window overlooking a street, so forget about parking and seating; the dishes are eaten standing up, with a little creativity.
The hassle is absolutely worth it; give it a try.

Dumplings were nice but not overly flavourful. This seems to be a tourist trap, and is definitely overrated. The service was very quick and friendly, but it was not a nice area to eat street food (quite dirty, lots of people smoking, no benches around etc).
