I have no complaints about the staff's courtesy or the speed with which they prepared the ravioli, but I found the quality to be very poor. The dough is too thick, and the filling is identical to that of frozen ravioli (I'd call it pre-cut ginger soffritto), and the sauce is plain soy, nothing special. I don't think I'll be back and will try other street food places in the area!

I went for the hype since I'd seen the lines and the videos.
It's true that they're homemade and made to order, which is a plus. But the dough is too thick and the filling isn't very good. So I don't think it's that great, although the price is pretty good.

If you're passing through Paolo Sarpi, you absolutely have to stop by this ravioli shop.
The ladies who work there are super nice, the kitchen is completely open, the service is fast, and the prices are absolutely fair!
There's no seating, but you can easily enjoy it standing up.
I'll definitely be back.

A historic ravioli shop in Milan, where ravioli are prepared nonstop in front of you and served piping hot. We tried the pork and vegetarian versions: very reasonable prices, €4.50 per dish. Unfortunately, the quality of the ravioli seemed average; our expectations were high, so the result was a bit disappointing. Perhaps it would be better to focus on the care of the individual pieces rather than the quantity.

Excellent ravioli shop in Paolo Sarpi, one of the best. Excellent ravioli, although the only drawback is there's no seating; we ate at home. Very fast service. Excellent value, €4.50 for four ravioli. In addition to ravioli, they also offer other dishes, including vegetarian options, such as crepes and dumplings.
