Ho pranzato con amici, oltre all'ottimo cibo, l'ambiente è molto adatto per poter fare due chiacchiere senza rumore assordante. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e anche il vino ottimo

Emilio and Miyako are exceptional, here you can eat real Japanese food made by a Japanese chef.
I recommend the cold Soba (Zaru Soba)

The place is small but the food and service are impeccable, far above both in terms of quality and balance of flavours, plus excellent hospitality. The fabulous cuisine.

A real pleasure to have discovered an excellent new Japanese cuisine restaurant in Florence! I had dinner at RamenGirl with some friends and I left really satisfied. The environment is very small but still nice and welcoming. The food is good and of quality! We had a couple of appetizers (takoyaki, gyoza and yakitori) and then Shoyu-Ciasciu Ramen, Cianpon and Curry Udon: all delicious! The Matcha Cheese cake is also excellent. The staff is courteous and attentive: thank you for offering us umeshu! The bill was absolutely in line with the quality of the food and service. We left really satisfied! It will be a pleasure to return soon. Reservation is absolutely recommended!

The place is simple but quite nice, it has almost nothing oriental, it has more of a wine shop given the quantity of wine on display.
The dishes for the restaurant location are good but expensive compared to average (a Ramen came to €19 in practice, 8 gyoza €15) and not very large.
The staff is nice but every now and then they were checking, almost obsessively, if we had finished eating and they almost took my plate away before I had finished!! (they were not closing).
Even though we weren't in the center, the cover charge was more than €3!!
And finally I didn't get any receipt!!

Cibo veramente fantastico, abbiamo preso dei gyosa vegani, io il ramen vegano la mia amica tradizionale... Veramente buoni. E alla fine avevano un'ottima scelta di dolci tra cui un tortino vegano che mi ha reso felice.
Il conto un po' caro, ma non eccessivo. Ma la qualità si paga.

Abbiamo mangiato una reale ed autentica cucina giapponese. Tutto squisito. Il posto è piccolino, occorre prenotare per tempo soprattutto se l'intenzione è quella di andarci nel weekend. Super carta dei vini ma carina anche l'idea della degustazione di sakè. Prezzi medio alti ma ne vale la pena. Bravi!!
