We were there to eat at noon,.m'y girlfriend took a ramen and it was great. I took the kaarage Dish and for nearly 20€ there wasnt that much to eat, a few (good) chicken wings and a very small portion of salad and rice. My only concern was the quantity/price ratio, everything else was good.

I live in Markham, Canada - where some of the world’s finest Asian cuisine is; and this restaurant is absolutely authentic in its food. It was a lovely change of cuisine to visit Italy and get a solid ramen that tasted so original. Had the set ramen menu with the gyoza, spicy kimchi ramen, and a Japanese cheesecake to finish. All delicious through and through, highly recommended.

I always go there very willingly, usually I take the Ciampon (a truly exquisite broth) but this time I wanted to try the Curry udon and I must say that I found it truly excellent 🤤 Of all the places I have tried both in Florence and I can't say that their ramen is unbeatable, all very fresh ingredients, hand-made noodles and the most important thing a truly excellent broth 💜 Highly recommended 💜

Honestly the ramen is not the best I've ever eaten and above all everything is too expensive for the quality and quantity. Nothing to write home about

Intimate and informal atmosphere, very good food, especially the ramen and the dorayaki. It may be a little more expensive than average, but it's good, so it's worth the price.

12/01/2025: Un posto autentico e accogliente, perfetto per chi desidera assaporare i veri sapori della tradizione toscana. La ribollita è assolutamente imperdibile: un piatto ricco, genuino. Lo staff è simpatico, gentile e sempre pronto a far sentire i clienti a proprio agio, aggiungendo un tocco di calore all’esperienza. Unico neo: nel 2025 è davvero sorprendente che non vengano accettate carte di credito. Un dettaglio che potrebbe migliorare l’esperienza complessiva. Detto questo, rimane una tappa consigliatissima per un pasto toscano autentico nel cuore di Firenze.
