Radice In Roma

Radice is undoubtedly one of the best bars in the area, and above all one of the very few (unbelievable but true), if not the only one, to have kept the coffee at €1. A gesture that is no small feat these days, which shows attention to customers and makes this place truly accessible for those who pass by every day. In the morning, it is a guarantee: warm croissants, prepared by them and filled with delicious artisanal creams. I'm not kidding, I saw a person eat three in a row: a scene that says more than a thousand words. At lunch, the kitchen opens up and offers a varied menu, suitable for all tastes. Personally, I tried the piadinas, and I must say that they are well made, with quality ingredients and fair prices. The one with salmon, mozzarella and rocket is really good, even if - small point - it could be a little bigger. The aperitif also does well: the offer is interesting, the products are fresh and the quality-price ratio is more than fair. We went there once with colleagues and it was a great experience. The staff is very kind, always smiling and available. In short, if you are in the area, Radice is a place that absolutely deserves a stop, whether for a quick coffee, a rich breakfast, a light lunch or a relaxed aperitif.

Frequentato questo locale, non distante da stazione metro Garbatella, per un aperitivo prima di cena; buoni i drink ma ho apprezzato molto, per spizzicare, anche la pinsa, tra le quali cito quella con crema all'uovo, pecorino, guanciale, molto buona. Atmosfera carina, servizio adeguato, costi nella media del quartiere.

I ate a very good vegan burger with radicchio, that was excellent too. Very nice location, a little vintage and a little post-industrial. For a lunch break it is excellent.

Very cozy restaurant. Delicious food, nice decor, nice atmosphere, very friendly service. We will be back!

Since I’ve been to Italy I forgot how cozy and fun it is to sit in a cafe without trying to rush or have an uncomfortable chair. This place is quite well designed and as much as I like the traditional bars, I can’t deny I was happy to see a place like this in Rome. Food is also good if you’re wondering.

I really liked the atmosphere, a little expensive for an aperitif but if you want to make a good impression it's the ideal place!

Particular and well-attended place with a good offer of drinks. Negative note, booked in the morning for 4 people for an aperitif, arriving on time they offered us the table next to the entrance door. More attention should be paid to customer requests. As for food, definitely platters and pinsas to try!
