This place is a hidden gem. The food is delicious and the price performance ratio is really good. Pasta carbonara and cacio e pepe are probably the best we had in the whole visit to Rome. We were here almost every day since it was close to our accommodation but I would have walked more to come ear here

The food was fantastic. The pizza and fish were delicious. A real hidden gem outside the tourist center of Rome if you're looking for a quiet, authentic meal.

During our stay in Rome, we went to this place twice, and I highly recommend it. It has a great atmosphere, the staff are very friendly, the pizzas and pastas are delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I also recommend the desserts; everything is wonderful.

Both pastas (carbonara and amatriciana) were super salty, it was a bit hard to finish eating and I got a headache afterwards. The fried food appetizer was mediocre.
The staff was nice.

While visiting Rome, we stumbled upon a wonderful little family-run restaurant that turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. For more than 30 years, Marianna and her family have been serving authentic Italian dishes with the kind of warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like part of the family.
The food was outstanding—simple, traditional, and clearly made with care. The pizza was some of the best we had in Rome, with a perfectly crisp crust and fresh ingredients that really captured the essence of authentic Italian cooking. Prices are very reasonable, and while the restaurant isn’t fancy, it’s incredibly charming and welcoming.
Places like this are what make traveling in Italy so special—small, authentic spots where recipes and traditions are passed down through generations. If you’re lucky enough to find Marianna’s place while exploring Rome, don’t miss it. It’s the kind of meal (and experience) you’ll remember long after the trip ends.
