Great location and a stunning hotel. You can see the Ponte Vecchio bridge from the rooms. We stayed here for 2 nights in 2018 and cannot wait to go back. Staffs were attentive and warm. Food was the best. One of the best 5* breakfast we had in Italy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It had an immaculate design and attention to detail throughout the property. The lobby and hallways were beautifully designed, creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious and just as beautifully decorated, with a small balcony overlooking the river with an awesome view. The service was great. We requested an item for our room, and it was delivered very quickly. Everyone we encountered was extremely polite, professional, and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was very nice including made-to-order omelets and eggs prepared to your liking. If we return to Florence, we would absolutely stay here again!

From checkin to checkout, excellent service. Quiet and peaceful. Historically elegant interior with superbly appointed rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved everything about our stay here. Petra was extremely welcoming on our arrival. The rooms are nice and comfortable—we had a wonderful upgrade with a view of the Duomo. All the staff are friendly. Location is great, about 10 min walk to the attractions, also easy walk across to Oltrano for dinner, and the walk from the train station was easy even with luggage. Highly recommend booking here especially if you’re a Bonvoy member.

I really had a wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel, it has a vibe of a castle, with its wonderful staff, everyone there is welcoming, Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, and the poached eggs made be the chef is delicious. Every single detail in this hotel is eye-catching. The only thing I didn't like is that we didn't find a room with a view on the river, it was fully booked 🥲 I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Florence 🤍 🇮🇹

I come to Florence every year for a corporate event and every year I stay in a different hotel, always 5 stars. I really liked the location of the hotel, convenient to everything on foot but outside the center. The wow effect at the entrance is there, especially now with the Christmas decorations. The room was large and welcoming and overlooked the Arno giving a beautiful view. Comfortable bed but pillows that I found uncomfortable (absolutely personal opinion). And now the sore points: I didn't find much feedback from the staff in providing alternative solutions: after asking several times for a low cushion, I received a 10cm brick that was a bit hard.... The hotel bathroom has dated and worn taps, and I always find the shower curtain in the bathtub very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Have coffee on its terrace at street level, the best thing is its attic but it was closed for renovations, you can't miss it. Great service and very attentive.
