Excellent experience in a restaurant that fully deserves its Michelin star! When I booked, I didn't know about the recognition, I was only based on the photos seen on Google Maps. We celebrated our 10 years of marriage with the family and it was an unforgettable lunch, a day that we will always carry in our hearts.
The service was impeccable, every course, from the starter to the dessert, was a work of art: unique flavours, quality and taste at the highest levels. The staff was very kind and even the chef came to greet us with a warm goodbye.
A place I highly recommend and where we will definitely return. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

2 of us had lunch last week at Quintessere, what a unique experience. We took the quintessential menu with wine tasting.
An experience definitely worth trying again.

Beautiful location but I missed the Wou
Quintessentially chosen menu
The most beautiful dish of the lunch was certainly the Pugliese fregola and the initial appetizers and the dessert at the end.
The rest of the dishes were average
The dish less less less the mackerel arrived almost raw with a very unpleasant fishy smell at the table.
mackerel, a very poor fish never eaten almost raw, but rather, as per tradition, well cooked (its death on the grill) while I would have preferred a more valuable fish which certainly, even if almost raw, stands out on its own.
However, based on my experience in starred restaurants, I place quintessence below average, as a single course is too little for expectations

Tenaciously linked to tradition, I crossed the threshold of "Quintessere" with a pinch of skepticism... which turned into an unconditional appreciation of the various and exquisite dishes that I was able to savor: a skilful blend in which the flavors of the "past "they get married to the new. Thanks to everyone for the spontaneous kindness and passion shown....I simply felt pampered! "À la prochaine"....

Sharing this experience with my wife was the most beautiful, intelligent and pleasant wedding gift. Special foods with an eye on tradition and the territory, wines that cradled these dishes like a mother cradles her child. Friendliness and friendliness in a unique historical setting in a breathtaking panorama. Le stelle Michelin non sono stelle cadenti, non arrivano a caso e più che mai per Quintessenza. Percorso gastronomico di eccellenza, carta dei vini di altissimo livello, servizio impeccabile, professionale e al tempo stesso accogliente ed informale. Straordinaria cura dei dettagli, nella preparazione dei cibi, nella presentazione degli stessi, nella cura del servizio. Il tutto in una location stupenda e nell’accoglienza fuori dal comune dei fratelli Di Gennaro. Esperienza unica.

La location è molto ben curata,il servizio impeccabile,professionale,e senza sbavature,gentilissimo e simpaticissimi,abbiamo scelto un menu’ degustazione,ad dir poco eccezionale,nella qualità delle materie prime e nella loro lavorazione,di primissimo livello,non ha caso hanno una stella Michelin.
