Very good food and nice service.

Menu choice: classics. My first comment is that this is one of our best starry dinners ever: for the refinement of the raw materials and of some ingredients which enhanced the overall taste of the dish (in the leavened products, in the choice of shellfish and fish, in the dessert), for the preparation of the dishes (the marvelous grilling of the red snapper), for the combination of flavours, for the abundance of the dishes (not at all a given for a starry one), for the care of the location (the plasters and sanitary pads for women available in the bathroom), out of attention towards guests (feeling like guests, and not customers). A particular mention goes to the care with which some dishes were revisited and curated for the presence of a pregnant guest, without their "quintessential" nature being distorted. Thank you for the care you have dedicated to us. Thank you for the experience you gave us.

We tried the tasting menu without the wine pairing and loved it - you might think portions are too small but it all adds up in the end. We also had a private tour of the restaurant and surroundings which we appreciated a lot. We could feel the effort and passion staff puts into it🫶🏻

Simplesmente imperdível. Uma experiência inigualável. Pedimos o menu degustação e foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Tenho restrição alimentar (glúten) e fizeram todo o menú degustação em uma versão gluten free e era simplesmente maravilhoso. Mas não era apenas a comida que era espetacular, tudo era. O prédio era em um local histórico, ao lado do castelo; o atendimento impecável, todos com uma gentileza inigualável. E o chef um querido! Aguardava os clientes na saída. Realmente uma experiência incrível. Não deixem de ir. Se tivesse que escolher apenas um restaurante de toda a minha viagem na Puglia, seguramente seria esse.

Abbiamo provato il percorso “quintessenziale” fatto di 7 portate più benvenuti, pre dolci e pasticcini finali. noi abbiamo scelto di abbinare anche il percorso dei vini che ci ha permesso di esaltare al meglio tutte le portate. Tutti i piatti sono risultati gustosi ed equilibrati, con fortissime impronte pugliesi rivisite in una chiave più moderna. Da segnalare, per quanto mi riguarda, lo sgombro con spinaci ostriche e alga nori, e la sogliola beurre blanc fagioli e yuzukosho. Bellissima la location che è praticamente adiacente al castello. Lo staff, giovanissimo e preparatissimo, riesce a far trasmettere bene i valori e i sapori del territorio. Da ritornarci, approved!
