We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. It was a perfect choice: the location is charming and elegant, the cuisine excellent. We chose the white truffle menu, which was truly top-notch and much appreciated. Impeccable service and an excellent wine list. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back.

I had a delicious lunch. Such kind people- it's a family restaurant with a Michelin star. I had, truly, one of the best lunches in my life.

A wonderful experience for a special event! A Sunday lunch in a breathtakingly beautiful location, a beautifully renovated classic. The staff is young, dynamic, extremely competent, and endowed with a warmth and friendliness you don't always find in places like this... let's just say we leave etiquette as we understand it to others. And in this perfect mix, the mastery of the cuisine stands out, with dishes that are just right, flavorful... delicious! We had the white truffle menu and the "Classics," with a masterful food and wine pairing! Everything was excellent, but the tortelli with red shrimp and guinea fowl are in a whole other league, a whole new level! My compliments to everyone, I hope to return soon!

There's a place in Trani called Quintessenza that we Apulians should visit at least once in our lives. It speaks of our roots, of family strength, and of respect for nature. It was incredible to see how a mackerel, a notoriously underrated fish, or how a few arugula leaves thoughtfully placed on a plate, or even a sponge cake soaked in oil, can make one's soul reflect on who we are and how we should respect what nature offers us every day. The journey isn't just about food, but also about the soul, which the chef and his brothers bring out with every course of the tasting menu. If you're looking for an experience where your brain struggles to comprehend what's happening in your mouth, go there—you won't regret it. For those seeking an extraordinary culinary experience, Quintessenza is the place to be! I chose the Quintessenziale experience as a gift to my boyfriend for our anniversary, and I have to say, I couldn't have made a better choice. From the welcome, to the dishes, to the wine pairings, everything was sensational. Everything was delicious, but, in my opinion, the scampi with beans, chorizo, and kumquats were divine! Umami to boot! I loved the fact that each dish had a piece of fruit inside. Truly, thank you for allowing us to experience an evening that will forever remain in our hearts!

Located near the Sforza Castle, this restaurant boasts a refined atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail. The staff is very friendly. The dishes are excellently served and offer unusual flavors, confirming the prestige of the chef and the entire establishment.
