Nice experience! Lovely place! The menu journey is an experience to be savored with passion! An explosion of flavors that transform into immense pleasure for the palate! Excellent sommelier in combining wines of the highest quality and professionalism! All the staff deserve an award for their treatment of customers! Very high professionalism and competence!

Excellent experience in a restaurant that fully deserves its Michelin star! When I booked, I didn't know about the recognition, I was only based on the photos seen on Google Maps. We celebrated our 10 years of marriage with the family and it was an unforgettable lunch, a day that we will always carry in our hearts.
The service was impeccable, every course, from the starter to the dessert, was a work of art: unique flavours, quality and taste at the highest levels. The staff was very kind and even the chef came to greet us with a warm goodbye.
A place I highly recommend and where we will definitely return. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Tenaciously linked to tradition, I crossed the threshold of "Quintessere" with a pinch of skepticism... which turned into an unconditional appreciation of the various and exquisite dishes that I was able to savor: a skilful blend in which the flavors of the "past "they get married to the new. Thanks to everyone for the spontaneous kindness and passion shown....I simply felt pampered! "À la prochaine"....

Beautiful location but I missed the Wou
Quintessentially chosen menu
The most beautiful dish of the lunch was certainly the Pugliese fregola and the initial appetizers and the dessert at the end.
The rest of the dishes were average
The dish less less less the mackerel arrived almost raw with a very unpleasant fishy smell at the table.
mackerel, a very poor fish never eaten almost raw, but rather, as per tradition, well cooked (its death on the grill) while I would have preferred a more valuable fish which certainly, even if almost raw, stands out on its own.
However, based on my experience in starred restaurants, I place quintessence below average, as a single course is too little for expectations
