Wonderful experience for an exquisite dinner in an always beautiful Trani, very kind people, relaxing place almost connected to the Castello Svevo and convenient for ample parking. We will return, we highly recommend it.

Nice experience! Lovely place! The menu journey is an experience to be savored with passion! An explosion of flavors that transform into immense pleasure for the palate! Excellent sommelier in combining wines of the highest quality and professionalism! All the staff deserve an award for their treatment of customers! Very high professionalism and competence!

Un posto semplicemente meraviglioso.. personale attento, preparato, gentilissimi a tutte le richieste. Abbiamo avuto il piacere, attraverso un voucher, di poter usufruire della degustazione: tutto semplicemente ottimo! Almeno una volta nella vita, tutti dovrebbero provarlo!

Abbiamo provato il percorso “quintessenziale” fatto di 7 portate più benvenuti, pre dolci e pasticcini finali. noi abbiamo scelto di abbinare anche il percorso dei vini che ci ha permesso di esaltare al meglio tutte le portate.
Tutti i piatti sono risultati gustosi ed equilibrati, con fortissime impronte pugliesi rivisite in una chiave più moderna.
Da segnalare, per quanto mi riguarda, lo sgombro con spinaci ostriche e alga nori, e la sogliola beurre blanc fagioli e yuzukosho.
Bellissima la location che è praticamente adiacente al castello. Lo staff, giovanissimo e preparatissimo, riesce a far trasmettere bene i valori e i sapori del territorio.
