Quattro Sensi di Borgobrufa In Torgiano

The modern style restaurant, elegant and soft environment inside the Spa, tastefully furnished with a beautiful window overlooking the panorama (I don't see it as suitable for families with children). The cuisine offers traditional dishes but revisited and well presented without excessive frills, the portions are not like an "old trattoria" but not small either... I would say fair. The prices are clearly higher than average by a good 30% but the quality and difference in the preparations is evident so I think the price is justified. We had dinner with the fixed 4-course menu with a choice of drinks excluding drinks and at the end we were full and satisfied. because everything was very good, if I really have to make a note I would say that all the dishes were a little too savory... but always good... (it is also true that by re-proposing Umbrian cuisine it reflects the traditional one which is actually always very tasty). The competent and courteous dining room staff, even the younger ones, are very attentive but not in an oppressive way... they deserve thanks and my compliments for their professionalism. We were very satisfied and clearly recommend it... 4 course menu around 70 euros each (I don't know exactly because it was a gift), 1 bottle of water and one of wine 31€.

Il ristorante Quattro Sensi si trova all'interno del Borgo Brufa spa resort, struttura a 5 stelle. Il locale e' ampio, moderno, arredato con eleganza e gode di una vista panoramica sulle colline umbre. Lo chef Andrea Impero, da quest'anno chef premiato con una stella Michelin per il ristorante Elementi (adiacente al Quattro Sensi) propone piatti tipici umbri rivisitati e reinterpretati, tutti caratterizzati da materie prime del territorio di alta qualità. Buono il servizio, un particolare plauso alla gentilezza del maitre di sala. Ottimi i dolci preparati dal talentuoso pasticcere del ristorante.

Ospiti nel centro abbiamo optato per cenare in questo ristorante... non c'è pietanza che non si possa definire ottima.... sia nella presentazione che nel gusto....personale molto gentile ... prezzo rapportato alla qualità dei prodotti...

The amazing view was only matched by the amazing food and service. Really glad we booked here. Only issue was it set a high bar for the rest of the trip.
