This trattoria is crowded, perhaps because the food is good and the prices are reasonable. The menu is reminiscent of a home-style menu, with a short list, but the dishes are excellent and carefully prepared. The informal atmosphere is very welcoming. Well done, a surprise for Milan, a place where you can breathe in the joyful atmosphere of times gone by. Thank you!

After going for breakfast, we tried the aperitivo and found everything to be spot on: A welcoming and clean atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, perfect cocktails, good beer, tasty side dishes, and fair (almost) affordable prices. Five stars only because it's not worth giving 9.5.

We were here for breakfast twice in a row because the ambience is just so cosy and the coffee is just too good. The pastries are freshly baked with so much love and it cannot get more authentic than this. Service staffs are super friendly and their faces lit up whenever a customer walks in. It is a place where you can experience some local community warmth and buzz, definitely our happy place in Milan. Would try their lunch and dinner next round if we are around this area again!

If you love a quiet, simple place, with friendly and helpful staff, an exceptional chef serving sophisticated yet simple and delicious dishes, this is the place for you! For my family, it definitely is; we go often. In the summer, it's nice to eat outside; there's no garden, but it's still beautiful. It's a neighborhood spot that deserves every attention.
