Top restaurant with delicious pizza. €2.20 per person for two slices of baguette with oil is a bit excessive (you have to pay!), but that's probably how you'll get a tip.

We didn't take photos, but the pizza was so good, with quality products and a Neapolitan cloud dough, that we returned the following evening too. Vegetarian 2.0 is a little gem. The waiter's discreet kindness and friendliness, the icing on the cake. Fast and precise in service. P.S. also the pizza with Nutella to finish... light, crunchy... good, good. Well done, encore!

Update 3/7/25 Something must have changed. Probably management...the pizzas are no longer as good as they were a few months ago. High prices for the food eaten. Update: I returned to this pizzeria today and to my amazement the quality level of the pizza has risen further. In my opinion, as a Neapolitan pizza enthusiast, there are few pizzerias in Tuscany that are able to serve a Margherita pizza of this level. Try it! Excellent Neapolitan pizza, prepared with quality raw materials and well leavened. Worth trying is the one with DOP mortadella from Prato and the Pizza Regina with buffalo mozzarella and special modoro. I add a star after trying the pizza fresh out of the oven. Until today I had always ordered takeaway. The best pizza in Pisa among those tried so far. Don't miss it!

The pizza eaten in this place with stuffed edges is very good (Quarto D'Ora Italiano) I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent pizza in Pisa!

One of the best pizza I have ever had! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is perfect. Definitely coming back for another perfect pizza when I’ll be back.

Amazing pizza, fantastic location, great service. Prices were good for the location and for the amazing ingredients. Even though we stayed a little over their closing time they were more than nice. Will come back!

Escolhemos a pizzaria para almoçarmos em pisa. A pizza muito saborosa, porém achei um pouco demorada para servir. Pelo que vi, era somente 1 pizzaiolo. Tirando isso, o sabor estava muito bom! Voltaria!

Ottimo localino nei pressi della torre di Pisa! Il posto è molto piccolo e praticamente dispone del solo spazio esterno! Pizza ottima! Cornicione alto non gommoso e molto digeribile! Prezzi a mio avviso troppo alti , 15 euro una pizza con mozzarella di bufala lo trovo un furto! Nel complesso comunque lo consiglio! Buono il servizio!
