I stopped for lunch with two friends, pleasant vintage atmosphere, excellent service, very helpful, positive and cheerful staff, quality food and products, delicious crunch!

Normal place, friendly staff who, as soon as they arrive, immediately inform us of a few dishes that were not present that evening but were written on the menu. Pizza nothing special, very embroidered on the menu, but the substance is little, some were even lukewarm as soon as they arrived.

A new place in Pavia that deserves it. The pizza is shallow and crunchy, so not Neapolitan-style but that's how I personally prefer it. Queen Margherita has excellent mozzarella. We also had a mixed fried dish, good, crunchy and plentiful which satisfies even the greediest. The place is pleasant, tastefully furnished.

Beyond the fact that the location doesn't suit my tastes but it's obviously a subjective thing... I can't say I ate badly but... the menu is rather limited and with combinations of raw materials that are normal... THEY DON'T PLAY WITH THE CONTRASTS OF FLAVORS AND CONSISTENCES...DON'T DARE. I ate a hamburger with caramelized onions and stracciatella... you can find these combinations everywhere now. Finally... the prices... I would say that to eat on a paper placemat, paper napkins... a hamburger sandwich and a glass of wine (3 fingers)... almost 25 euros in Pavia... it's a bit expensive. For me it's not worth it. However, the staff is quite fast and friendly.

HO ANCHE ASSAGGIATO IL GUSTO GORGONZOLA! IL PREZZO DI EURO 3,50 PER UN CONO CON DUE GUSTI NON E' AFFATTO ECCESSIVO PER LA QUANTITA' E SOPRATTUTTO PER LA QUALITA'!!!!!!!

Trattoria La Barcela Di Draghi

12/01/2025: I went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening by reservation with a group of friends. As soon as you enter it seems that time has stopped... The service is of a trattoria (e.g. they don't change the plates/cutlery) and very classic. The food is of medium quality, some dishes very good (risotto), others without praise (ravioli) and others poor (stew). The prices, however, are not restaurant-style, on the contrary they are expensive in relation to location, service and quality (with €40 per person I go elsewhere to eat more refined and less "banal" things served with more care. It's not a bad place but I don't think I will go back. They accept amex and issue a regular invoice (if you don't pay in cash and don't ask for it).
04/01/2025: A place with an excellent 80s flavor in every sense. There were four of us and we were all satisfied because the simple, well-made cuisine was what we were looking for. Complete meal from starter to dessert, house wine, coffee and ammazzacaffè, €35 each. Payment by debit card and receipt.
