Piadina ok. Maybe a little expensive for what is offered. There were 8 of us, at about 3, empty place. The cashier waited for all my friends to leave to complain to me about the fact that the piadina wrappers had been left on the table. The bin is on the outside terrace and not very visible, nothing in the place suggests that it is the customer who has to clear the table and we would have responded calmly and positively to an explicit request made when the piadinas were delivered or before leaving. I found it a useless complaint, not very polite, rude and decidedly passive aggressive. I don't think I'll return

19/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato con amici in questo ristorante domenica scorsa. È stato un pranzo fantastico. Volevamo assaggiare qualche primo così ne abbiamo scelti tre da condividere: orecchiette salciccia e zafferano, tagliolini al tartufo e casoncelli alla bresciana. Sublimi. Tutti e tre. Poi abbiamo preso il coniglio ripieno con polenta, un filetto al tartufo e una carne alla brace che ci è stata consigliata dal signor Alessandro. Pazzesca. Siamo stati anche guidati nella scelta del vino per avere una buona bottiglia senza spendere eccessivamente. Abbiamo provato anche i dolci. Buonissimi. Siamo stati talmente contenti che abbiamo prenotato direttamente per un’altra domenica. Penso che il signor Alessandro sia la ciliegina sulla torta di un locale spendido. Gentile, disponibile ha saputo consigliarci con passione e professionalità. Provare per credere!
06/02/2025: Cordialità, semplicità e ordine in questo tipico ristorante nella Franciacorta. Cameriere e proprietario gentilissimi. Cibo ottimo con rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Calice di rose’ immancabile visto il territorio che circonda il ristorante. Risotto al franciacorta super consigliato come i dolci del resto

La Piadineria

19/10/2025: I have no complaints about the piadina, which is good. The choice to include vegetable strips and vegan mayo was greatly appreciated. However, despite the restaurant being deserted, the tables and chairs were dirty, and the staff was disinterested and inattentive.
