                The Blu Settembre pinsa is truly excellent: cooked in a wood-fired oven, crispy and light.
The tiramisu was the icing on the cake, the perfect ending to an excellent dinner.

                We went to Punto e a Capo to try Roman pinsa and chose two great classics: Carbonara and Matriciana.
The pinsa were truly tasty, light, and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

                A very positive experience! The menu is interesting and well-curated, with dishes that combine tradition and quality. I tried the risotto with ossobuco: truly excellent, one of the best I've ever tasted. The staff is kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and pleasant.                 I occasionally get pinsa there or takeout, and it's always excellent! It's a lovely place, everyone is friendly and helpful, and Fabio is the star of the kitchen: truly talented and capable. And I'm not saying this because he's my friend; he's always been an excellent chef.

                Very good pinsa, light and made with quality ingredients. Good draft beer. Light and not greasy fried fish. The lighting is a bit too bright, but the staff is friendly and welcoming.
