In a warm atmosphere right in the center of Caserta, Prosit 1990 is one of the very few places to enjoy refined cuisine, without being forced or adding unnecessary ingredients. The experience of the owner and his wife is crucial. The wine selection is extensive, expertly described by Peppone (the owner).

17/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner with friends in an enchanting setting where history, elegance, and courtesy form an unforgettable blend. Top-quality food, professionally cooked and presented like a masterpiece. A particularly charming location, an ancient building in the heart of the town, renovated with respect for its origins, overlooking a cobbled street where you can even enjoy the rain, which doesn't disturb but, on the contrary, creates a surreal atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Congratulations to everyone.
03/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant and really enjoyed it. You can immediately taste the quality of the food: excellent ingredients and authentic flavors. Everything I've tried has been truly delicious. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
