Ambiente informale...alla buona ma con una cucina del territorio formidabile, incominciando da un prosciutto crudo San Daniele della casa di ottima fattura servito su taglieri a go go per poi arrivare ai primi come le tagliatelle al capriolo squisite per poi assaporare maialino in crosta al forno per poi incominciare a digerire con il sorbetto e per finire in bellezza con la famosa "Gubana"... Servizio allegro, svelto ma con i tempi giusti, impeccabile. Prezzo onestissimo e vino a scelta.La visita è proseguita nel vasto locale adibito alla stagionatura dei prosciutti con relativa spiegazione del titolare. Che dire, una manna che piove dal cielo di ben 15000 prosciutti non solo ottimi alla vista...complimenti per il duro lavoro dei proprietari, da rimanere a bocca aperta!!!
