The best. It surpasses ALL the deli meats in the supermarkets: in fact, you won't find it in the malls. Hams hung on wooden scaffolding like they have been for thousands of years. Go there. Money well spent. They also have other good deli meats, but the prosciutto crudo is beyond.

During a cultural tour, we had the pleasure of visiting the Prosciuttificio Il Camarin: an authentic and flavorful experience! Sergio and his mother welcomed us warmly, passionately sharing the history and production of their products. The hams were exceptional and the atmosphere was family-friendly. First, notice the row of native mulberry trees at the entrance, then a truly kind and hospitable person leads you into a small shop where you can find slices of prosciutto and packs of cured meats. The price is excellent, and if you're new to this product, I highly recommend it.
