Good quality of raw material, dishes with a tendency towards sweet taste (but probably a subjective taste). It could however enhance better the very fresh product available.

What can I say, a very well-kept place, a truly professional restaurant owner and refined fish dishes. It was a wonderful surprise. If I were to return to Corato I would get a season ticket!!! Really excellent!!!

Location molto accogliente dove si possono degustare ottimi piatti con materie prime di eccellenza . Ottima anche la cantina dei vini e strepitosi i dolci preparati dallo chef.

Ci vado da sempre e non mi ha mai deluso, cucina buonissima e grande cortesia da parte di Massimo. Complimenti alla cuoca, bravissima su tutta la linea. Tra gli antipasti abbiamo trovato buonissimo il polpo con purè di patate, il merluzzetto, il baccalà fatto una buonissima cipolla dolce. Per primo il tagliolino con gamberi e pomodorini giallo mi piace da morire. Piacevole novità è stato il dolce, una crostata con crema agli agrumi fatta in casa, ottima! Torneremo di sicuro, ristorante straconsigliato.

23/06/2025: Everything was excellent, one star less for the service because it seemed to us that the table was booked and there was a sense of rush to let us finish our dinner.
18/06/2025: Highly recommended Spanish restaurant in Monopoli. It was next to our B&B. It's not on the main street, which makes for more privacy. We had a delicious black paella with Spanish red wine that the waitress recommended. The service and attention were outstanding. We would definitely return.
