Excellent quality, very friendly staff, very nice place. Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch, etc. Various cakes to be taken by the slice, brioches and more, pizzas, first and second courses. The only "flaw" is a bit expensive.

Definitely better pizza than Eataly, the choice of dishes is also better than that of Eataly, I will definitely choose to come here to have lunch from now on.

The Cornettos and brioches were super good. Crispy and nice. Coffee was good as well. Took be a bit of time to understand where to get other things to drink ;)

Very nice place, elegant and well furnished, beautiful counter and window, which reminds me a bit of New York style in the evening. Beautiful view of Piazza XXV Aprile, kind, professional and fast service, good for breakfast, cinnamon rolls, brioches, cakes etc, focaccias and drinks for aperitifs with an excellent quality/price ratio also considering the quality of the artisanal products from their bakery and the location. Advised.

Princi is a real pearl for me. Excellent bread products, delicious desserts and a wide choice of savory options: everything taken care of down to the smallest detail and prepared with quality ingredients. The environment is welcoming and modern, perfect for both a relaxed breakfast and a quick lunch break. The staff is always friendly, even though the place is often crowded (a sign that they are much appreciated!). Super recommended if you are in the Moscova area and want to treat yourself to something good.
