This chain has many locations in Milan. Prices are high and the pizza is so-so, definitely not worth the price. However, there's a good variety of choices. The place is small but overall welcoming. Friendly staff.

I went to Princi with my girlfriend, and our experience was generally positive, although several things could be improved.
We were lucky enough to get a small sample of one of their panettone, which was truly excellent: soft, fragrant, very well made, and unanimously loved for its chocolate flavor.
This gave a very good first impression and really showcased their expertise.
We decided to buy a few things and chose a cornmeal baguette.
We had asked for the least baked baguette possible, but despite this, they were all very crusty.
It was still good and made with good ingredients, but it would be really nice if the requested baking time were respected and if the selection were more flexible, especially for a bakery that aims to be upscale.
The price of around €2.80 didn't bother us in itself, even though, admittedly, it's too expensive for a baguette. The problem is that nothing is clearly indicated, and the prices are only revealed as a surprise at the checkout.
This lacks transparency and accessibility for customers.
My girlfriend was tempted by a sort of cracker displayed in the window. Visually, it was very appealing, but it was quite dry and lacked flavor.
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't something you'd order again, except perhaps to accompany a mousse or a sauce.
My girlfriend liked it a bit more than I did, but it wasn't a product that left a lasting impression.
For my part, I wanted to try a raspberry puff pastry. Unfortunately, just as the saleswoman was about to grab it with her tongs, she explained that it would be better to choose something else because it was likely to break, having apparently spent too much time in the display case. It's a shame to offer a product that's no longer at its best, and we just hope it doesn't end up being thrown away. We finally settled for a slice of brownie-flavored cookie, the price of which we also didn't really know, but which must have been around €6.50.
This dessert, on the other hand, was a very pleasant surprise. A really good chocolate flavor, caramelized nuts, a perfect texture, and a real pleasure to eat.
A bit pricey, admittedly, but the quality was there, which justifies the price.
The place itself is pleasant, quite spacious, the cleanliness of the tables could be improved, and the bakery is well located.
It's a comfortable place to eat in or take your time choosing.
The service is courteous, without being particularly warm, but adequate.
Overall, Princi offers good things, sometimes even excellent ones, but a few details slightly spoil the experience. The price displays should be much clearer and more comprehensive, and the quality of the products on display should be checked more regularly.
Despite these drawbacks, we ate well and had a good time.

I visited the bakery on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
We ordered cheesecake, and it was delicious. The cookies 🍪 were also delicious.
They tasted great, and the coffee (ice Americano) was excellent.
A lovely place and worth a visit, especially while walking around Milan. 👌☕️
